Although the…read morephysicians are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, the staff is just as equally incompetent, rude and deserves to be fired, honestly. I tried making a new patient appointment for my dad with Dr. Rao again. Initially, I talked to someone named Donna And had requested her to email me the new patient Paperwork so that I can Fill it out for my dad and help him bring it with them to the office. Never did I receive the paperwork or an appointment confirmation. Two days later when I called to confirm the appointment and request the paperwork again, someone named, Lindsey answered the phone and was unable to find my dad's appointment because apparently it was never entered in their system. To add to that, Lindsey was very rude, didn't except her mistake, kept arguing with me. Eventually, I ended up making an appointment With an alternate PCP. It's better to choose other locations and physicians than Haydel. Their service is just not the same as it used to be.

After wanting to leave because the office members are so rude, crude and socially unacceptable.... I had to BEG the nurse to give me the weight for my newborn at both visits. She acted so annoyed that I asked my baby's weight! ~~~~How dare you ask your newborn baby's weight!!! ~~~ she made it very clear that she was DISGUSTED with me for asking. At the second visit she never even responded as far as the baby's length and god forbid I ask AGAIN. I was afraid she may rip my head off! The staff members are just downright nasty. I wouldn't take my pet there! Too bad Dr Ber keeps these people on as her staff.

Because there was many cars parked right in front of the place, I thought it was there. When I am driving towards the back if the building I see a faded sign "Sugarland Pediatrics..." We get in and I still can tell if I am in the right place. Nothing on the walls and I walk towards the glass window that is closed, super dark and no one is available to greet me. When someone finally opens the window and I asked if it was Dr Ber's office she replied a little annoyed and looks away. When they finally call us in, the 'nurse' get my child's weight, height and blood pressure standing right there, and then give us a cup and say they need a urine sample. I take my child to the bathroom and the light is not working. How do they expect a child to pee inside a cup in the dark? After all that, we were impressed with Dr Ber. She was very professional and patient. Then I had to drive all the way back with the urine sample and when I asked what tests they were doing. No one could tell me exactly what it was. "Sugar and such". Really?!? Unfortunately, patients deal with the staff and nurses a lot more then the Doctor, so I will keep looking. The Doctor would get a 4 stars and the staff maybe 1 or 2. So 3 stars would be the average, maybe 2.5 stars.

The only reason I'm rating this three stars is because when I went for my appointment the other day, Doctor Grafton couldn't see me and they suggested the PA instead. I will not say his name but he was very rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic. If this happens again I might switch to going somewhere else because it was a terrible experience!! But besides that the Office is great and the staff is really friendly!
