Kevin, the technician arrived on time in a truck equipped with a huge carpet cleaner machine inside. Imagine what you might use to power wash a 747 and this will give you an idea of the girth of this thing. He fired it up and it sounded like an industrial wood chipper running. I knew that I would be in for some serious cleaning action. I didn't actually stay home, but understand that kevin was there the better part of the day. My cleaning lady came the next day and left me a note saying "The carpet guy did a spectacular job considering how bad it was!" I'd consider that a ringing endorsement. I can't say if his price was good or not. You see ads promising super cheap carpet cleanings, but they seem to be too good to be true.
