Very holistic approach and understanding of the body is incredible. I've gone to many place and usually other places are quick and just do the basic adjustments. I typically have to hydrate ALOT and can be sore after. But here, it's very precise and your body is taken care of with time, effort, and knowledge. I never had after soreness and hydrated a normal amount and don't need nice or heat after.
