Unfortunately, my experience with their services was extremely disappointing. I have been requesting the return of my remaining retainer balance of $1,222.25 for years, as I no longer need their services. In March 2025, I spoke with her by phone, and she stated that the remaining funds would be refunded. However, she has never followed through. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact her by phone and email, but my calls and emails have not been returned. At this point, I am prepared to pursue the matter through Small Claims Court and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) if the remaining balance is not returned. Based on my experience, I found the communication and handling of my account to be extremely unprofessional.
