They had…read morethe car for six and a half hours and in that time changed 4 perfectly good OE NGK spark plugs for 4 USED non-OE plugs of which comprised of 2 different kinds i.e. 2 standard and 2 iridium! They still diagnosed 'engine misfire' so deleted the fault codes WITHOUT solving the underlying issues! They also left a lot of dirty scuff marks on the sill of the driver side and had no respect for my property. For the aforementioned, a bill for £126 was presented!! I have 2 independent witnesses to the above. I will now inform Trading Standards and The Office Of Fair Trading. The matter will also be pursued by myself through the Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR.

At all times I was kept informed, given advice, not pressured, and shown exactly what was going on. They were up front and honest, handed over a courtesy car, and finished the job when they said they would. They also let me know what would be needed in the future. Best of all, a tricky problem in diagnosing a fault was dealt with efficiently and fixed first time.
