My husband, son and me have all been treated at this practice and we are very impressed. The staff is very nice and professional and the doctors (father, Carlos, and son, Brian) are very good at what they do. My son broke a tooth as a small child. The crown never fit right and was causing the gum to erode. When he smiled you knew the tooth was a crown and I hated the way it looked. Dr. Brian repaired the gum and replaced the crown. What a difference. I personally need a good deal of dental work. Dr. Brian has been treating me and so far so good. Dr. Brian also called me after an extensive treatment to see how I was doing. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. I also had a dental emergency and was treated by Dr. Carlos. Dr. Carlos could have done the procedure in-house but thought it would be better handled by a specialist. It was a painless and quick process and I appreciate that Dr. Carlos made the referral. I highly recommend this practice.

However I can tell you first hand the pain was obsolete. None at all. He does do IV I know of and Novacaine, I do the nova as I dont like the feeling of IV. But rest assured, he actually goes out of his way to call you if you call and leave a message after hours. You have to respect that kind of dentist.

Growing up I remember hating cleanings, and they would always hurt and my gums would bleed. However, since I've been going several years, I usually have 2 appts booked out. Last time I was supposed to go, like 8 to 10 months ago, they called me to cancel as their tech was going to be out. Even thought THEY are they ones ho cancelled, they refused to get me in before another 6 months. Ok, you tell me I need 3 or 4 months, YOU cancel, then you won't squeeze me in. Ok, I dont want to deal with finding somebody else, so I take extra care in that time. THEN THEY DO IT AGAIN!!!!! And AGAIN won't fit me in. So at this point Im done, but I guess they never canceled me so I get a reminder that I have an appt Nov. 18th. Now that I calmed after few months of last cancel, I figure I keep it. Well then they call me as say as of today they no longer take my dental plan. THE ONE THEY SOLD ME. So THEY sell me a plan, cancel my appt 2x, takes 9 months to get onem, then they discontinue the plan, So i paid $100 for nothing and still didn't get cleaning. Never again, and I'll be pulling my mom too. Horrible, horrible. THey owe me $100!
