I got my ex wifes ring custom made there and it was literally done on the specific date I needed by . My mom went to them for years . We always dealt with THE MOM . Never any issues. But boy reading these reviews makes ya see what they turned into. They have had my Uncle's 25 yrs service wall clock for nearly 4 yrs. I would stop in n ask , n they hadn't gotten to. Then called various xs. Bren had things happen plus Covid again, so store not open, but note on door said work still being done, n to email. I have emailed several xs over the past yrs; no response. Excellent quality service from a business that has gone from a three person store floor team to a one man run store YES it takes time to get things done here but they are done right! This family owned store may to many look different from all the pretty glamorous and glittering jewelry stores everywhere else, but Brynn has a knowledge base bigger than most stores have info. If I could give zero stars, I would. My engagement ring, diamond wrap, and 2 wedding bands were purchased here at different times, then welded together. After moving away, the wrap broke and needed repair. I sent the entire ring set to them and was told it would be repaired and sent back in 30 days. 3 months later, I checked in and was told it had not been fixed. I then continued for the next 9 months to follow up because I wanted my rings returned. I told them to forget about repairing the wrap, just send back my rings. After a year of begging, pleading, and finally threatening with a lawsuit and complaints with the BBB and state attorney's office, the rings were finally returned. But the middle stone had been changed out for basically a piece of coal. The inclusion is so large that you can clearly see it without the aide of a loupe. I have my close-up images from the wedding, and you can plainly see no inclusions. There was one, but it was not visible to the naked eye. I completely lost trust in them and warned all family and friends away from there. I'm not sure what happened to where they went from a great family owned business serving several generations of my family, to one that resorted to switching out stones to do what...resell? If you are expecting the same jeweler as you see in the mall just dont bother coming here. The people who work here only care about genuine materials and quality worksmanship. I gave them a difficult job that many other jewelers turned me away over but these people were up to the challenge. The quality of the gemstone and the custom mount were perfect and worth the price. THEY STOLE MY JEWELRY... Don't entrust this company or the family with your prized positions. If you would have asked me 4 months ago, I would have given Wall & Webb a 5 star rating. They took several pieces of jewelry, which I supplied, and made a one of kind engagement ring for my sister. The jewelry used is very sentimental. They were pieces left to me by my deceased father, grandmother and grandfather. They did such a fantastic job with the engagement ring, that I left the unused jewelry (multiple diamonds, rubies and gold) in their possession with the intention of having a few pieces of jewelry made for myself. After deciding to hold off on the additional pieces, I attempted to pick up my remaining jewelry to no avail. I had work with the mother, son and daughter, yet no one seems to know anything about my jewelry. The daughter, who I worked with to design my ring, has not been available for the past 3 months. And the mother and son have been rude to my husband and I. Rude is actually an understatement, because I don't think it would be appropriate to say how we were really treated and how we continue to get treated every time we contact them for my jewelry. I don't think I will ever see my jewelry again, which breaks my heart. I fell in love with this family owned business and the family, only to be taken advantage of and have my jewelry stolen from me. I would love to give the sister the benefit of the doubt, but it's really hard to when she refuses to talk to me. If I could give a 0 star rating I would! For Christmas I received my grandmothers ring. It was way to small for any of my fingers so I decided to take it to Wall and Webb to see what I could do with it. Monica recommended that I get a new setting and put my grandmas birth stone in the center of the diamonds. This all took place the second week of January. It is now April 14th and my ring still isn't done. I called periodically through the months asking about it and kept getting excuse after excuse only to find out today that its no where near done. I walked in the store today and Monica told me that she no longer wanted to work on my ring because "it just wasn't working out". Needless to say I got my diamonds, my grandmas setting and my $200 deposit back. I would never recommend going there. WORST experience ever!!!! read more

Dropped my Rolex watch off in August, by November I still had no watch and no communication from Wall and Webb. I kept going by the store to ask about my watch and kept getting the same "waiting on parts" excuse. On January 16th I went back to their "store" and asked for my watch back to take somewhere else. Owner refused to give me my watch back saying he couldn't access the safe. I called the police to help me retrieve my very expensive watch and they tried to talk him into giving it back but were unsuccessful. I was told by police officer that they have had this same type of call several times with the same exact issue. Essentially my watch is being held hostage and now I am having to go to small claims court to get my watch back. I will never take my jewelry back here...5 months for repairs is reprehensible. As of today...I still do not have my rolex. Praying I can get this very special gift back from Wall and Webb. read more

I left a ring with W&W to sell on consignment. After selling the ring, they did not pay me and have refused to respond to my inquiries and requests for information. After allowing this to drag on for months, it looks like I will have to retain an attorney and/or take them to small claims court to resolve the matter. A quick internet search reveals that they've been taken to court more than once for ripping off customers. My recommendation is to steer clear of this place. read more
