Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Ames could not have been more personable, caring and skillful. On my first visit he promptly replaced a crown that had popped off with excellent results and that which my previous dentist recommended extracting the tooth and inserting an implant on the same day for the sum of $4,000. My whole family has always gone to the dentist regularly and some of us had cavities too. None of us have any sort of fear or phobia of the dentist. My brother, sister & I also had braces, sister had caps, mom had false teeth implants and everything else under the sun. So to say that we are still more than willing and happy to go to the dentist saying something I think. Dr. Burwinkel is nice, calm, does not have a rough hand while working in your mouth, and like many dentists he will ask you a question or two when you can't answer :D

Dr Muckler walked by me and told me to go to the waiting room. I told him I would watch from the hall. He then turned and not once, but twice, raised his voice telling me to go to the waiting room. I was not going to leave my 4 year old daughter back there with someone I did not know while she was already terrified. She yelled "Daddy" at me and he turned to her and said "No!'. I grabbed my daughter from the chair and left the office. I feel that a man who treats children like this should not be allowed to practice anything, let alone medicine. I feel that this very much traumatized my daughter and I am going to spend every moment I have free in spreading the word about this office. Please do NOT take your children there! I implore you!
