They have both a new and previously loved section so there are some great deals for readers on a budget. I did not have a chance to interact with any of the staff but I did overhear them helping so customers and they seem to be very happy to help people find books they will love. I will absolutely be back to get more books... probably tomorrow!

My husband and I have been to the newish friends of the library book store a few times and had neutral experiences most times. The selection is not what it used to be and the prices are also a bit out of touch.... Today was disappointing for other reasons... volunteers Amy Pat and one more woman were loudly gossiping about everyone and anything they could as well as making extremely ignorant statements about widely divisive topics . We happen to belong to a few of the groups of people that they were gleefully passing judgement on. I'm glad they are enjoying their freedom of speech but I'm disappointed in the lack of manners. It created an awkward environment where we felt very uncomfortable and we don't feel welcome to return.
