My department did not appreciate their customer service. You have to "pay" them first in order to see a mockup and once you get the mockup you can't make any changes to the shirt color. We wanted to order shirts for our school and the company picked the color for us. Once I saw the mockup I realized that when they sent me the quote the color was already chosen so we would have to pay a restock fee if we wanted to change the color. It would be nice if they would show you how it would look before you are locked into anything and can make color changes. I would recommend KVPrint if your school district has them as a vender. They have better customer service. read more

I took in two shirts to have them embroidered with a logo and assumed from past orders they would be around $10 each. They sent me a quote where each embroidery was $37 and the total bill was $80. I wasn't about to spend $80 to put logos on shirts that I had provided. Around that same time, a coworker of mine ordered some shirts from them with the same embroidery and they were only charged $10 per item. My coworker ordered three items from them each with the embroidered logo and their total bill was $85. When I asked why the embroidery alone was so expensive (and told them I assumed it would be around $10 each), they only told me that was the price for the complexity of the design. That explanation didn't make sense because my coworker and I were charged significantly different rates for the same logo and the only difference was that I provided my shirts whereas my coworker ordered from them. On top of all that, I really was not impressed with the customer service. I had driven down there to drop off my shirts, was obviously confused about the price difference after receiving the quote and then drove all the way back to pick up my shirts. During almost every interaction, all I got in return was very short non-answers and the perception that they really just didn't care. read more

We found Wall Street after trying a few other print shops in town. (It's really surprising how many shops aren't friendly, cant get your order out on time, or just don't want your business.) Wall Street has been kind to us from the beginning. The girls in the office are always taking good care of us! We have a small clothing line and they are able to supply all of needs, in bulk size orders, and in kick ass quality. I love that when something isn't right, they call and keep me updated. When I order and they know it's not going to look good they tell me, and if there's a shirt that's printed wrong, they fix it. No questions asked. Honestly, why go anywhere else? My first phone call to Wall Street earned them 0 stars, but Stephanie saved the day! I needed 2 shirts "done up" for my bowling team. Now, back in the day when I was a teacher, we called it "screen printing," but now that I'm an old-timer without a clue of the technology of the industry, I apparently misspoke and was treated as such originally. The (rather blatantly rude) receptionist cut me off mid-request and said their screen printing was a minimum of 12 shirts. She did not offer me an alternative service or explain that with just 2 shirts, maybe I'd like to try the heat press. I was surprised because they were recommended to me by others on my 2-man bowling league. I decided to call AGAIN a week or so later and OMG the difference between Stephanie and "rude receptionist" was incredible! She truly saved the day for me and went above and beyond to explain BOTH processes, and why for screen printing they require the larger order. I really appreciated her taking the time to treat me like a valued customer, not an inconvenience. The end result was 2 incredible, affordable heat pressed shirts! Not only is Wall Street a great company, they are great people. I have been working with these guys for a number of years now, and have done a decent number of projects with them. I have done screen printed shirts, embroidered hats, table cloths, promotional products, and the list goes on. Every single project to date, has been a great experience, and timely too. One thing that I love about working with Wall Street is the human aspect. They are a family business, and treat you like family. When I call I get a person, when I email I get a reply, and when I walk in I get a hug. Stella and Webby are great loving folks, and they have a team that rocks. Their facility is huge, and full of really cool equipment. I've taken the tour several times and it never gets old. Quality of product is unsurpassed. My advice, use them! My son worked @ our Café & when he came home he was so excited telling us about a great couple he met, how positive & vivacious they were; also how they left them the biggest tip of the day. He just kept on saying how kool they were & that I would automatically like them if I met them; I was bummed I wasn't there. A week later my husband & I worked & served an amazing friendly couple, we had time to chat about family, places, work etc. They finally told us they had met my son Dominic & I immediately knew who they were!
