For the event, we didn't get to tour the indoor greenhouse but I didn't mind that. I understand it's a busy place. But to be able to see the massive outdoor area and landscape was amazing! I mean it was acres on acres of beauty, flowers and greenery. There's a little lake or water reservoir in the back as well. This event was a really fun time. Three days later, I called & was told "we have this posted about no returns/exchanges". I did not see it nor was told nor received a receipt for the over the phone purchase. I should never have accepted the plant, but was in a hurry that day. I can't believe they would not do an exchange 3 days later when it was still in the pot. I will never order again from them. No wonder their business seems little off from years ago.
