For the event, we didn't get to tour the indoor greenhouse but I didn't mind that. I understand it's a busy place. But to be able to see the massive outdoor area and landscape was amazing! I mean it was acres on acres of beauty, flowers and greenery. There's a little lake or water reservoir in the back as well. This event was a really fun time. I got to peruse their flowers and even vote on which ones I liked best to hopefully be included in their 2026 season. This was such a great experience and I'm so grateful I got to see inside!!

Not only did they help me take the order with care and compassion but when they delivered to an outdated address they called me and were patient while I found their new address and redelivered to the new address. They even offered to plant the trees themselves but my guy wanted to do it himself for obvious reasons. I don't know what their storefront looks like or whatever but I can tell you they are top notch over the phone and are a company/business with a Heart and it shows. My suggestion is they need to change the wording!!! Also if $500 is total all at once why didn't employee or office tell us. We could've very easily added another shrub and met the $500.00. I went there looking for a tree and there was nobody at the check out. Some other people came to the check out and were behind me also waiting we all waited then after about 10 minutes someone showed up. The employee checked out the people behind me I guess because they had items to buy and all I had was a question. Did I mention I am an amputee not that it matters they were just plain rude. Needless to say this was my the last time I 'll go to this establishment.

It was pouring raining outside so I knew I could take my time while I was there! Because, I'm here from Atlanta I'm not that familiar with this location! When I walked in I asked an associate where were the socks. She sent me in the wrong direction, so I asked another and she told me where they were. I found the socks and was looking for the ones that was in their ads. They wasn't their nor was there a sign showing that they might have been there! I must have spent pretty close to 20 minutes looking for these socks. They were not there! At this point i'm thinking "bait n switch!" This was not the 1st time I've shopped this location based on something that was listed in their ads and ran into the same results! I made my way to what is left of their toy section! That's when I notice this tall black guy following me! I knew he was following me because, I made my wat to the book section and he was there too three isles over just standing there! I purposely took my time looking for books for a 2 yrs old. And sure enough he was still there watching me. Finally, the rain eased up and I took my items to the checkout and he was there too! He made a purchase and I remember thinking, maybe he was a customer, until instead of going out the door, he walked to the back of the store. I get it, shoplifting is a issues especially in today economy, but everybody is not a shoplifting! And being followed around a store that practice "bait n switch" really made me feel some kind of way! I'm angry, but I get it!
