AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR The owner/operator, Al, is unreliable and incompetent. He was responsible for installing and subsequently servicing our ocean loop geothermal heat pump for the last 4 years. It has been an unmitigated disaster. Our system fails at least twice a year, and we have spent thousands on botched and ineffective services and parts. Even the back up boiler was incorrectly installed with the result that our house temperature had dropped to almost freezing while we were away on holiday. Al won't answer calls or texts, won't show up for scheduled appointments, and will not assume any responsibility or accountability for his work. Similar to other reviewers, we have had to entirely abandon our costly, state-of-the-art geothermal system and start anew with another contractor. Beware. Installs heating systems incorrectly, and then will never show up to clean up the mess he has made. Completely rude, no work ethic. Thousands down the drain because Mr Wallace is incompetent. Stuck with this system, and now have to pay someone else to salvage it. I have talked to several people since my "experience" and they have similar stories. read more
