I have had 250 Plumber out twice, and they are excellent! They are on time, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I had called this company at least five times to fix Toilet valves, Taps and tub valves. Yes, they…read morecame out and fast fixed the problem. They gave me bills of two to $300 each time. Each time it was a different plumber, older guys that looked like they were experienced and honest. Now I wonder about that. I had to call him twice for one toilet to come out the second time and twice for a shower to come out a second time to fix the leak They just fixed weeks earlier. I figured it was the luck of the draw all my stuff was leaking until I found out why. The valves were leaking because the pressure reducing valve leading into the house was blown and the was 120 psi pressure instead of the normal 50 to 65 psi pressure. Not one guy from Norm's checked the pressure of the water coming into the house, would've found out the pressure reducing valve was blown, causing all these leaks. Apparently, these valves should be tested every 3 to 5 years and replaced if they're leaking. I did not know this because I come from a part of the country that do not use pressure reducing valves. I Called ServiceXCEL once and they spotted the problem right off the bat and brought it to my attention

Was looking for a new air conditioning system, the Comfort Group sent out a great team from start…read moreto finish. The installation went smoothly with a very polite and professional crew, they kept me in the loop the entire time and gave our dog all the pats and scratches he requested. They also offered a membership package at a great price to keep my new system and my water heater maintained annually with included discounts for electrical, plumbing and heating and cooling repairs. As a bonus, they were able to look into a new water filtration system for our home, something I have been putting off for too long! We now have a comfortable home and perfect water quality. Would recommend them to anyone!

Worst customer service we have ever had. Originally met at home show, spring 2022. Told we would…read morebe contacted in 3 - 5 wks., called us 3.5 mths later to set up visit , june 2022. After ordering system were told all would be in by end of Aug. early Sept. Started calling in to see what hold up was, told we would be called back with info asap. Not a word back. Finally called them to cancel on roughly 19 Oct. 2022. Next day all the ducting arrived, measured and install started next day. Dustin and the team were neat, clean and professional with install (finished Oct 22, 2022). Problem was that it worked for less than 1 day! After a few techs tried to fix, they realized that wrong size was installed and would have to be replaced. After many un returned calls the new system went in Jan 2023. Problem was that because the main head had to go in the ceiling (we are on a slab) after the reinstall, we noticed nails coming through our ceiling (which they paid to have repaired). Problem was we got a lot of vibration which never occurred before. Now we had a system that did not work and was noisy. Many more unreturned calls latter and CEDRIC showed up (June). After 5 min. he determined that shaft was probably bent and needed to be replaced. So they ordered in a new motor, which was in Vancouver. 2 weeks latter they called to say it was in and would be done asap, I told them the only one I wanted to do the job was CEDRIC, which he did 2 weeks latter after he moved in from Alberta. On a scale of 1 to 10 there service is probably -2 at best. I understand they were a good company to deal with when they were local, but since they were taken over by a larger eastern company they failed miserably in service. If you use them BEWARE!!!!
