What impressed me most was their willingness to take on the tougher side of the case, demonstrating their commitment to justice and fairness. Throughout the process, Mark was upfront, honest and transparent, keeping us informed every step of the way. Their responsiveness was remarkable, always available to answer questions and address concerns. When I was sick with worry, a call and response from them made the difference between enjoying my daily life and vacationing time!! Their expertise, made a daunting experience manageable. I felt seen, heard, and supported throughout the entire process. Don't mistake the tone of voice for impolite behavior. Marks speaks honestly, and gives strategies, with true consideration to time, cost and outcome. I highly recommend Mark to anyone seeking exceptional legal representation.

He thinks he's better then somebody I guess the money went to his head. Not friendly or humble at all very cruel and mean.I hung up the phone because I'm not finna argue with nobody at all and he has a very argumental spirit. He doesn't need to be a lawyer

Signed up for the Tylenol case. they have a limited power of attorney portion in their contract…read morethat is extremely shady. I signed the contracts thinking they can be edited before they're sent. THEY CANT BE EDITED. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING BEFORE READING THROUGH CAREFULLY. Thankfully they allowed me to drop them the day after and I asked for a confirmation letter notice. I will give them credit for that. But that limited power of attorney was so sketchy I did not want them to represent me for anything in the present or future. Pretty much the limited power of attorney was written in that if I agreed the law firm will hold the settlement in a trust which the lawyers can access for investments opportunities or luxury cars. Then the lawyers are entitled to any money back from investments given or loaned. Pretty much a document that will relinquish any settlement back to the law firm and allow them to use your settlement as their personal piggy bank. There's an opt out which I did, just in case. Very dubious.

I am writing to formally demand immediate action regarding the release of my settlement funds…read more It has been more than 16 months since Keller Postman received payment and retained approximately 43% of my settlement for attorney's fees. Despite this significant passage of time, I have still not received my settlement proceeds. I have been informed by Zip Liens that Keller Postman received the necessary lien information over a year ago. Based on that information, there appears to be no valid reason for this matter to remain unresolved. Additionally, Medicare has advised that, with current AI-assisted processing, obtaining and verifying the necessary information generally takes only two to three days. I have also been informed that staffing shortages should not have prevented the timely resolution of my case. As a 30-year veteran, I believe I have been more than patient throughout this process. The continued delay has caused unnecessary frustration and financial hardship. I expected that my legal representatives would act diligently to protect my interests and ensure that my settlement was distributed without unreasonable delay. I respectfully request a written explanation detailing the specific reason for the continued delay, confirmation of the current status of my settlement, and a firm date by which my settlement funds will be released. If there are any remaining issues preventing payment, I expect to be notified immediately, along with a detailed explanation of the steps being taken to resolve them. If no legitimate obstacles remain, I request that my settlement be issued without further delay. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and expect a timely response. Respectfully Retired Marine Thomas Murphy
