Abandoned in Open Court - Beware of Brad Erdman…read more Review: If you are looking for an attorney to protect your family and your assets, look elsewhere. I retained Bradley Erdman at Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC (MKFM Law) for a child custody and financial enforcement case. On March 4, 2026, during an active custody status hearing, I asked him a few standard, clarifying questions about the court process and our strategy for enforcing a major financial judgment. Instead of answering me, Brad became completely dismissive and abruptly withdrew as my attorney right there in open court. He left me completely unrepresented in front of the judge during a critical moment in my custody case. A family law attorney is supposed to be your advocate during highly stressful times. Brad Erdman proved that if you ask questions or expect clear communication, he will cut and run, leaving you entirely exposed. I am now filing a formal grievance with the state disciplinary commission. Protect yourself and find counsel who actually honors their ethical obligations to their clients. #MKFMLaw #DuPageCounty #WheatonIL #FamilyLaw #DivorceAttorney #ChildCustody

First, Neda Nozari Esq. does NOT represent me in any current or past court case. However, I reached…read moreout to her regarding some condominium rights questions and discrimination/HUD questions. The HUD answers she gave (although she confirmed she doesn't do fair housing work in her private practice now) were so on point that I wanted to leave this review 45% for that. Second, talk about a small world. After finding out one particular result of a conversation we had about HUD was so very, very accurate, I glanced at her Instagram page and saw a familiar face. I thought I was imagining it at first. It turned out that she'd taken a photo with my Realtor who was responsible for me buying the condo I did. Talk about Chicago being so big and so small at the same time. Considering what I know of the months-long work with my Realtor, these two networking together makes absolute sense. Third, without me asking her to, she made an introduction to an incredibly kind and informative attorney (who I will rate later) who could help me with HOA/COA needs. If I hadn't talked to her, I'm fairly certain it may have taken me much longer to find this other attorney because (for whatever reason) he wasn't on my original search list. So I can't thank her enough.

I have not gone through a closing in 30 years, so the whole "DocuSign" process was new to me. The Nozari legal team was very organized, and more importantly, kept me on track through the whole process. I highly recommend their service.

I contacted Atlas Consumer Law seeking representation for remaining Fair Credit Reporting Act…read moreclaims after successfully resolving my TransUnion claim through separate litigation. From the outset, I explained that I had already exhausted the dispute process with the credit bureaus and was seeking legal representation because those disputes had failed to resolve the remaining issues. Over several weeks the firm requested extensive documentation, including credit reports, payment records, dispute history, and documentation from Regional Acceptance Corporation. I spent considerable time gathering everything they requested, signed their credit authorization so they could obtain my reports directly, completed their intake paperwork, and even obtained additional documentation directly from Regional Acceptance after several attempts. Despite all of that, I was ultimately directed back to the very same dispute process that I had already explained had been exhausted before I ever contacted the firm. Rather than identifying what additional evidence they believed was necessary or providing a clear decision regarding representation, I continued receiving requests that either repeated information I had already provided or directed me to repeat steps that had already failed. What made the experience particularly frustrating was the amount of time invested without receiving a straightforward answer. If the firm did not wish to pursue the matter, I would have respected a direct decision. Instead, I was left spending weeks gathering records, signing authorizations, completing intake documents, and responding to requests, only to end up exactly where I started as they clearly couldn't understand what was being presented to them.
