Wow, can you say options?!! I went in here at least three times to get some free samples in helping make my wall paper decisions. They have a huge selection and compared to other wall paper stores in and around the area, really great deals. Owner is really knowledgeable, he tells me he used to install wallpaper also so he gives you tips. They also have folks they recommend if a DIY project isn't what you're looking for. He also has a pretty awesome 30 day return policy. Plus he's open during this time. Definitely stop in. read more

An absolutely AWESOME wallpaper company. As I live in Savannah, GA I wasn't able to actually go in person to their showroom and Alex and Irena were both very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with my choices. Alex shipped my orders in record time and sent me a lot of great samples. He was easy to work with and accepted my returns without any hassle. Apparently this is a scam company or just a company that provides pathetic customer service. My order was canceled money refunded I didn't ask for this to be done they just chose to them their own. I gave the one star for refunding my money. How hard is it to type a letter to your customer and say Mr or Mrs customer I am so sorry but we have to cancel your order because of blah blah blah. Update 07/01 - call today from an iryn prysiazhana saying they didn't cancel order - buyer beware this company has apparently employed a liar to contact customers. Saying the did not cancel the order and they shipped it. tried to bully his customer into changing the review - I let him know that he could not bully me into changing my review and that I would expand the review to make sure as many places as possible know about their poor service. wallcoveringsmart ORDER #10861 Your order has been canceled read more

They don't trust a client to flip a page unsupervised because they have been "taken advantage of". Instead you can only really look at the instock rolls. A very low end way to do business....yet they bill themselves as "Fine Wallcovering". Horrible attitude toward clients. And to provide some perspective...all the flooring and tile for my home was purchased from a locally owned small business...as were the window coverings, custom cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and windows. Nothing was purchased from the Internet...Poe's might want to start trusting clients. Take a look at the negative reviews...they are defensive and never wrong. In this case they were....I have no intention of internet shopping them but was completely turned off by starting from position of suspician. And...I was literally the only person in the store! I estimate the lost evenue at $5k. Good luck Poes

The estimate was on time, professional, measured, and even spoke with my flooring guys to coordinate the job repairs. On the day of the job, Jay and Zayne (spelling?) were on-time, professional, and respectful of my home. They laid tarps down for all working areas and anywhere they walked. Once painted which I will do myself, everything will look perfect. Pricing wasn't too bad considering the company is licensed, insured, has a well-equipped letter truck, and they sent a person out to quote at no charge. I have some other projects that I'll be calling them for soon.

We did a half bathroom remodel from baseboards, flooring, level setting tiles, vanity, paint, mirror, fixtures, drywall, etc. Unlike a lot of traditional Orlando handy folks I've worked with, the best thing about Max is his responsiveness. He gets things done, he tells you his plan, updates you on the progress and tells you like it is. Some folks you hire, you'll have no idea what's going on and especially for someone who isn't local it's critical to see and trust what's going on. Max also gave a very reasonable price even from several other quotes I got so I would 100% highly recommend Handy Guys and would definitely be hiring from him again for other jobs!

I thought the price point a little high, but then I had an active leak. I did get another estimate...but that person never called me back. I do recommend Knight's Restoration!

I spent over $1,000 to wallpaper every room in my house. Last week, I decided to re-wallpaper my bathroom and found the pattern I wanted was discontinued. Alejandro & Ana went above and beyond to find the last roll they had in stock and because I am over 2 hours away, they shipped it to me and I received it THE NEXT DAY! Not only that, but they also sent me a remnant roll FOR FREE! It was almost an entire roll. I can't express my thanks enough because that gave me just enough for my project.
