I first reached out his services one year prior in 2024 but unfortunately I had some family matters that needed my attention so I was able to only secure a quote hoping to utilize his services upon my return. Needless to say it was over a year later that I finally returned. First a d foremost, Mr. Espinoza not only remembered who I was and everything about myself from the year prior but surprisingly enough, honored the quote for services he had given me the year and half earlier!! Once my documents were ready for my signatures and proper notarization, he scheduled me to come down to his office. Upon arrival he went over everything thoroughly and allowed me to tweak certain narratives and directives as needed. In all my 24 yrs military experience and 14 yrs post active duty , I have never encountered a more professional kind and knowledgeable lawyer!! A judge acknowledged that Jeff Koster mishandled my case. I would not recommend this firm. There are more transparent and reliable legal professionals available. Would give a negative star if i could. We hired this attorney to resolve a water issue caused by…read morethe south neighbor installing pipes on his property; which blocked the water which had originally flowed across my north neighbor'sland, then mine, then the south neighbor 's land with new pipes, and then the last south neighor's land before flowing into the creek.. The neighbor even bought a cap and blocked the pipe so my land and the north neighbor's land was flooded rotuinely as never before.. I pursued the neighbors pipe as the issue and hired johnston. I kept asking for him and his engineer friend to provided a pipe assessment to assess how the pipes were adding flooding to our land at a substantial cost. Johnston and his friend kept pushing me away from the final assessment so i went to acap. Acap provided no assistance and paraphrasing stated that lawyer's are allowed to pursue cases against the ligitgant's wishes. I am a medical professional and we always present the diagnosis and treatment plans to our clients and they decide their paths. With the response from the attorney client assistance program and in my opinion mr. Johnston's holier than God behaviior, i would never recommend him for any case. Dr. Smith
