From start to finish our experience with Wallingford glass was easy, pain-free, and the price was very comfortable. We found and upstairs window with a crack running through it and honestly had no idea what to do. Scott walked us through the whole process of coming out, measuring the window, and letting us know the plan going forward. He later came back when the window was ready and replaced it extremely quickly. They're able to work around your schedule and the service is friendly. I managed to crack a kitchen window while washing them one day, so I called Wallingford Glass & Mirror. Scott came out that day, measured up the size of the window, and said it takes about 10-14 days to have the replacement made by their supplier. That was perfectly acceptable, as long as it's done in that time frame. Scott told me he needed 1/2 of the cost in advance, but rather than that, I wrote the check for the entire amount. The cost was really very reasonable. Twelve days later, Scott called and said the replacement pane was in, and he'd be out early the following day to change it out. Sure enough, he showed up right on time, and within five minutes had completed the job. Fast, dependable, on time, and reasonably priced. Can't ask for any more! read more

I was expecting to have to drop off & pick up a beveled mirror to be cut. Boy, was I surprised & happy, when they brought me in the back, made the cuts I needed, and to top it all off..... These people are so amazing and helpful. They come over when they say they will come and there is no hassle involved. Scott came out three times to look at my job and measure and did not charge me anything for those visits. The reason he had to come out three times was my fault not his.
