They came back to fix it to loosen the screws to accommodate the misalignment. I wasted over $10000 on this poor excuse of a business. RUN. It is not worth it to do business with this company. They also need promised satisfaction guaranteed but they don't mean the customer-they are only concerned with themselves. THEY ARE A SCAM.

After we paid $25,000, we call with some problems with the two French doors. The screens on both doors did not work properly, the weather stripping ribbed off and one of the handles on the doors was stripped. Right after installation we recognize the poor customer service. We called, we emailed, we basically pleaded for them to help us with our concerns, however, the typical response from Salon was "let me look into it and call you back". And then he never would called back. Two years of poor customer service, it has been frustrating.

We rescheduled, and then they didn't show up for the next one, nor the next one, an so on. This happened around 12 times over a period of two months! Eventually, the office administrator gave me the direct phone number for her boss, Reggie, because even she couldn't get hold of him anymore. Every time there was a different excuse: he was "driving back from Florida," dealing with "an emergency with an employee in Florida," had to leave "for Florida," and so on. There was always another excuse. One day, his crew finally showed up and installed some of the window screens. However, they had to wait six hours for him to arrive to bring the material. Then we discovered that several of the screens didn't fit because he had measured them incorrectly. None of the large sliding door screens were even ready. Eventually, I'd had enough and demanded a refund for the unfinished work and the screens we never received. He promised again that he would come and complete the installation, even confirming it by email, but he never showed up. He repeated this two more times. Finally, I told him I was done and wanted our money back. His response was to hang up on me! And now, it shows that their business is "permanently closed" and I'm left to figure out how I'll get a refund from them!

I messed up and only thought about the width and the height. Didn't take into account that I have bars behind the window that would limit the depth! Lav took off the brackets and reinstalled them in a spot that would make the AC fit. And again, non nonsense! So many guys out there would say "that was a bigger job then expected.
