Why? Because you get one on one help even when its with the littlest of things such as the needing the right screws. This is important to me especially when I'm in a hurry. Chevy Chase came through for me. There is plenty of off street parking in the back plus a back door for customers. The inside of the store seems huge but its hard to tell since the aisles are narrow and it looks like its two buildings put together inside. The rows of aisles is endless it seems.
