Took a jacket there to be clean. Received it back with several black spots on the back of the jacket. When I voice my concerns I was told the cleaners not responsible. I take my husband's pants and shirts in, I've noticed a few times that they have come back with double creases . I spoke with the manager and the owner, and they both assured me that this would not happen again. The last time I took it in I specifically asked to please make sure not to double crease again they have done a terrible job and they double crease his shirts and his pants. I am a regular, weekly customer and have been for over 5 years. For dress shirts, their service is satisfactory and a decent value. Recently, I had two pairs of suit slacks that needed repair. The first pair I brought in was a blown seat seam, and the repair was done well and at a reasonable cost. The second pair had issues at the thigh; the fabric was showing wear, and I was concerned the pants might rip or tear. I was looking for a solution aside from replacing the pants. Their "seamstress" recommended a patch. I was aware that the issue was caused by moisture and that a lining would help to keep the pants from further damage. The recommendation of a patch seemed reasonable, and I allowed them to do the work for me. Unfortunately, the patch was unsatisfactory. The "seamstress" stitched in a patch that restricted the movement of the area and did more harm to the item than good. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, she blamed me for bringing the pants to them. She said I was told that there was a risk. This, however, was not the case. After a brief discussion, she told me that I should take my business elsewhere. Not alterations, not cleaning, but my business should go somewhere else. I spend, on average, $80 a month on laundry. Almost $1,000 a year. All I wanted was an apology and for the owner to take accountability for the poor quality of work that she allowed to leave her shop. She said she would refund me for the patch, but at the time of writing this I have not received a chargeback. read more

Unfortunately, this place has several issues. The prices are extremely high and inconsistent. The first time, I was charged $11+ for a suit, and the second time, I was charged $13+. I understand that a lot of dry cleaners are overpriced, so this is not a major complaint. However, having inconsistent prices is something that is inconvenient. I don't want to ask when I go in why the price was different last time. One of my shirts also still seemed dirty when I got it back. I was told that my clothes would be ready after 5:00 pm and went in around 6:00 pm to pick them up and I was told my shirt was wet and I could come back tomorrow to pick it up. The was super inconvenient and unfortunately. I asked if this was normal, and one of the guys said yes, and the girl said it was wet rudely. The same thing happened to the guy who came before me. I'm guessing this is because they overstuffed their dryer or the dryers are no good? I have no clue, but it's annoying to be told to pick up one day and then another. They could have at least called to let me know. It also takes a long time for anyone to get my clothes. When I arrived, one girl said, "Hello, give me a minute" and proceeded to do other work for several minutes, although there were no customers in front of me. Overall, I can't really say anything positive about this place. I won't be going back and would recommend other people to stay away to avoid all these issues. read more

Weekly regular.. stays pretty steady. They offer drive thru but have never used it. 3 button downs dry cleaned are $7.04 which I find reasonable for the quality of service. All younger employees working the front.. the guys are def most helpful. A couple of times when it's gotten busy the owner will pop out of her hidden office to offer help. There's also a seamstress/alterations lady on site who clearly does great service bc she's not lacking in business. read more

Even though living on the east side of town can be a drag, it does come with it's one advantage and that's value. I've been coming to this dry cleaners for several years to do my dry cleaning and I have to say... for the price and what you get it's not bad. I dropped my clothe off today (4 button shorts, 2 pants, and one wool sweater for dry clean) and the total came to around $13. When I lived in Florida the prices would be a bit more than that. Service is generally pretty friendly and transaction is quick. The only time I had some doubts about this place was when my starched shirts had bad wrinkles on the bottom (but I was going to tuck them in anyways). My family and I have used this small business for the last couple years. On average, we spend at least $100 on dry cleaning monthly. We've had no complaints until now. As usual I send in my jeans for dry cleaning and starch. I received one pair back with terrible stains around the pockets on 1 side. After paying again for a re-do, they still could not fix it. I tried to negotiate for store credit ($30-40) for the price of replacement with the intention of continuing to use their cleaning business. The business owner, Averill, was unwilling to negotiate and accused me of ruining my own jeans. So a small little owner is willing to lose hundreds of dollars over a little store credit for a long time patron in a poor little side of town. My family and I will be going elsewhere. Be careful. You may be happy now with your 4 or 5 star ratings, until you're not. Then you, not your laundry are left out, high and dry. read more

We are always greeted with a smile, and a warm hello. The staff is always pleasant, polite, and helpful. They are professional, prompt, and courteous. Regarding the owner, Averill, well what can I say? She is the driving force behind this successful local business. She is patient, courteous and an inspiration. She greets her patrons not as customers, but rather as friends. We have never had a bad experience ever. My mother, and mother in law were both long standing patrons until my mother moved out of the area and my mother in law passed away. Dropped off a suit to be pressed a few weeks ago. They offered one day service as long as you drop off your items early enough (9 or 10am, if I remember correctly) and you can pick up after 5pm. That was a big bonus for me as I needed a suit freshened up for a wedding after having flown in from out of town and having my outfit looking less than crisp. Overall, the pricing was fair and the staff were friendly. They did a decent job pressing my suit but I found it odd that they buttoned my suit jacket once they were done pressing it. That threw off the alignment a little and caused some creasing that shouldn't have been there. That may sound "off" but if you button up a suit jacket while it's on a hanger, it counteracts the natural fall/flow of the fabric. Luckily, a quick few seconds with a steam iron back at home undid the minor issues. Then again, I didn't pay to have to go back home and do more work on the suit myself. I'd give them another shot when I'm back in the area for a visit but I'll probably make a request to not repeat the mistake. read more

This place just destroyed several pearl snaps on a group of 4 western shirts I had never even worn. I needed the shirts for an upcoming trip so I bought them from Tecovas and dropped them off to have them cleaned and pressed to save time. One cuff snap is completely gone and several on the remaining 3 shirts are either broken, melted, or disfigured. These shirts were nearly $90 each and now they are all but ruined. Never again. They do a great job cleaning my clothes, always engage in pleasant conversation, and both the employees and the owner are polite and professional. Worst customer service to a loyal customer. I have been coming here since they opened and they treated me rudely and didn't care at all about the mistake they made. Alex, the guy in charge, quoted me incorrectly on pressing two curtains. His employee even said that it was wrong what he was telling me from when I dropped them off. He insisted that I was wrong and he wasn't. He had the nerve to say "bring your receipt and prove it to me." I don't live in this area anymore and was not going to drive all the way home for it. I drop off dry cleaning when I come to visit family because I wanted to support this small business. As I left, I told him he lost a long time customer and he laughed and said "have a nice day" so sarcastically.He did not care at all and was rude to me in front of his entire staff.
