They did find 4 work shirts the next day, they tried telling me I didn't drop off. I am still missing 2 suit jackets, 1 dress shirt and one pair of suit pants. They are not working with me on locating the items and will not refund me for the items lost. I am out around $800.00 of suits and no help in site. I have asked for the owners info but they will not give me his number because he is a out of town owner. I know this is a problem they have been having because when I went back to see if they was with someone else order. They have a rack of items they don't know who the clothes they belong to. Our cleaners also didn't use as much heavy starch as I had requested, and the quality was going downhill. I dropped off our clothes one morning, mentioned heavy starch on the men's shirts, and was told they'd be ready within two days. No problem. I came toward the end of the week, and my husband's dress shirts could basically stand on their own. They did a stellar job! We've already returned a few times with other items and have remained pleased with their service. Their pricing is competitive within the area, and I find them to be reasonable. The added bonus is the drive-thru, which helps when you're wanting to zip through pickup. The inside is also spotless, and you can tell they keep things clean and tidy.

I take 4 items to test them out well 2 of the 4 items one was a wool cashmere sweater and the other one was a 100% cashmere sweater. I get the text that the items are ready for pick up. She leads to tell me that my gray wool/ cashmere sweater was damaged in the cleaning process that there were hole in it already there and invisible to the naked to eye to where you can't see it until it goes through the cleaning process and they get bigger. What in the world of excuse is that. No maam I tell her this sweater was just ordered! Very unprofessional be careful with your items definitely the worst of the worst!
