The store is sectioned nicely with kind of an organized chaos feel. Every section is crammed full of items so sometimes it can take some digging to find what you're looking for, but that's part of the fun. Checkout is usually quick even if the line is long, and they have an automated voice telling you which cashier to go to when it's your turn. I checked the size chart and ordered the appropriate size but when it arrived it was extremely too large. I couldn't find any information on the website about how to do an exchange so I called the customer service number and was told the gift recipient would have to pay shipping to send the item back and then reorder it, at a higher price, and pay for shipping again. When I told them this is horrible because she just wanted to smaller size, they said the only way to exchange is in store. The nearest store is almost 1,800 miles away. I'll never purchase anything from them again.

As time went on those brands slowly disappeared, but I found out they bring those bags specifically to newly opened stores to build business, then they slowly trickle them out. They also carry tons of shoes, luggage, bedding, home goods, kitchen supplies, baby toys and clothes, perfume...tons of stuff, all at a decent price.
