They are called scoops for a reason because their scoops are big. I love how this location has a drive thru line. You do not have to get out your car if you do not want to. There is actually easy street parking in front of the building. El Borrego is a favorite of the locals in Kokomo. The tables and chairs are carved colorful tropical scenes. They serve traditional Mexican favorites and I was in the mood for a couple tacos. You can buy a platter of 20 mixed tacos for $69 or order them individually. I selected the soft shell Tacos Supreme, one chicken and one shrimp. The tacos were very good with lots of cheese, meats and lettuce. I also picked up some tortillas in their grocery store.
