I sent pictures back in which they said the apartment was "clearly not up to their standards" and they would "definitely have to come back and fix it." I was told "don't worry about the invoice we sent, we'll send a new one after you're 100% satisfied and we'll add a discount for the inconvenience." Well, the team came back and spent 2 hours cleaning. I wouldn't say I'm over the moon with the results but it was good enough. To my surprise, I received an invoice for 7 total hours of cleaning at a 25% discount. So, not only did they acknowledge that the original team did not do a sufficient job, but they charged me to fix it AND charged me an extra hour. Absolutely appalling. I was "spoiling" myself by not cleaning an apartment after a tenant moved out only to be charged $700 (with a discount!). For reference, the apartment is 600 sq ft and the pictures included are after 4 hours of "deep" cleaning by 2 individuals.

One of the shower ceilings was all mildewed. She called this a "deep clean." We have cameras everywhere, so I watched the video. The "crew" was one woman. She did clean floors and countertops, but that's it. I questioned the $458 bill and was told she had emailed that pricing it to me in advance. I don't have it and she says she can't forward it because she uses an "app," whatever that means. As she did do some work, I asked for her name and address so I could send the agreed upon $150. (She asked for my credit card number, but I insisted on sending a check, as I had lost trust.) She then told me my invoice had been "cancelled." Refused to divulge her identity. She then told me it was clear to her that my intent was never to pay for her services!! My husband and I own 9 small businesses. We employ many cleaners. 40 years of being in business and this was the worst cleaner we've ever dealt with. Run away!

The day of the first cleaning I was greeted by two very polite and professional young women, Aaliyah and Mia, they came in and talked with us about their plan of attack, and asked if we had any areas that we felt may need extra attention. As they went to work we relaxed and watched tv while they proceeded for hours, scrubbing and deep cleaning EVERYTHING, I was completely blown away, they're sheer attention to detail alone showed top tier skills. I asked a few questions here and there which they happily answered, setting us at ease. They left no stone unturned, were thorough, and left us extremely impressed, and beyond that they made my mother feel comfortable and totally at ease. So, would I recommend them?...Absolutely!! I did call Mary and she was going to send the woman back to vacuum, but we had already moved in yet. There was no change made to payment nor apology. The cleaners were there for the next weekend there was a mixup with a renter and Mary told the cleaning people to leave and not clean the home even when I said to her, I would take care of it. We were charged the full price and no work was done. The time was supposed to be 11 it was 11:05 when she called me to say that they were leaving, she then called me a liar because she said that one side of my home with not renters but my family. It doesn't matter who's on the side every week there were different people. Prior to this weekend she let me know that she wouldn't be cleaning my house anymore because she had a change in staffing. Now in the middle of the season, I have to find a new cleaning person. My experience with queen bee has been terrible so please if you decide to use them be very specific and get something in writing.
