Ran terrible after work . Did not drain all of the old oil. . Added 5.1 quarts which overfilled by over two quarts. . Only drained overfill leaving some old oil. . When asked why they don't drain from the oil plug, they said that the trans and oil pan plugs are too close and their technicians might not open the right one. . When asked why their machine didn't suck out all the old oil, they said the 2024 Subaru Forester has a compartmented oil pan. . They obviously didn't check the oil level. Now almost anyone who has a y motor sense know that overfilling a motor by even one quart can cause serious damage to an engine. This was overfilled by al.ost three quarts! Even though I am a certified mechanic (M169169), the only reason I found this was because it ran so bad. Probably what was happening was because of the pressure increase, oil was blowing by the piston rings and fouling the combustion chamber. DO NOT GO TO TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE.

These untrained stupid people put my oil bolt on way to tight, after about 30 minutes of making sure I didn't strip or break the bolt I got it off, change washer because it was ruined from the guy that either didn't know what he was doing or was a jerk, went to take off plastic cover with my oil wrench, it's so tight I can't get it off with even a breaker bar! So now I know the guy is again not to smart or just a angry jerk. I gotta go get a large pair of channel locks to attempt to get it off, you only supposed to make sure it's snug! They charge $100 to only screw up my car! Don't waste your money or time. This place should close its doors permanently. Do not go there! Horrible horrible service.

They took the vehicle in and after five minutes returned claiming that it needed additional parts replaced that where no worn out at all. I didn't show them my ASE card cause I immediately knew that the policy there is to sell unneeded parts and work to their customers. I own five vehicles and I will no longer purchase any tires or have any alignment work done there in the future. Also they return my car with grease stain all over my tan carpet, very unprofessional.

Had my 2013 Honda CRV with 103,000 miles in there for 2 weeks. It needed the Variable Timing…read moreControl (VTC) actuator replaced which is fairly major engine work. Also needed brakes done for first time since new. In addition, the car has had a shutter or shimmy at 25 MPH forever and it needed the A/C repaired. VTC replace seems fine (included timing chain) and the brakes work well. Shimmy wasn't fixed and is still there, now at 28-32 MPH. A/C compressor was replaced along with the controller behind the dashboard. When I picked it up, the MAX A/C setting was not working right so took it back. They said it was over charged, but it was still the same after I picked it up. Charge was $4,100 which was not out of line, but I'm a little disappointed that some items weren't diagnosed and/or repaired correctly. UPDATE: A a result of my original posting, the owner contacted me and we took a ride. He experienced the shimmy problem and had me bring it back in. They serviced the transmission and fixed the shimmy problem. I also found out that the A/C was working correctly in that the MAX A/C setting wasn't supposed to change the fan speed as I thought it would. My bad! Upgraded my rating to EXCELLENT.

They lie and sucker you into buying a car. They told me an interest rate, but when we got to the financing part, it was a whole 1% more. They hardly answer their phone and when they do, the angriest lady picks up and it sounds like she hates her job (I would too!). When you call enough times and ask for a manager, they "send you that way" and it rings forever with no response, then you walk in and the person you ask for is outside hitting a vape. They say new cars are under warranty for however long, but can't even pickup the phone to schedule an appointment to get it looked at. I have so much more to say, but just know this place isn't worth it. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!
