Like any independent and Shop the turnaround time can range from same day up until a week, depending on how severe the problem you bring the vehicle is having. Very fair prices, cheaper than most actually all their work is backed by warranty nationwide. As for mentioned, it is an independently and SHOP. He's been there for 14 years and you will not meet a nicer person than the owner Greg. Like any other occupational field these days are hard to find good help which could explain for the extended turnover time and certain cases (ie. Engine anc transmission) replacements can have an extended acquisition time due to the shortage of parts for used vehicles. They do anything from oil changes all the way up to engine replacements. so it is a full service auto repair facility. if you go, make sure you meet the dog Layla she is a the shop mascot. I took my van there to replace blower motor, when I picked up my van there was a huge bolt in my rear tire. I didn't notice it until I got home so I called them and I said I took my van in there to have it worked on and when I picked it up, it had a big bolt in the tire, so they said, why did you do that? There was no bolt in my tire when I took my van there and there was when I picked it up I would not recommend a place that is as shady as them. I have my own business also and if I break something I have to pay for it. I had to pay over $400 for the blower motor and now I have to spend $225 for a new tire because it couldn't be patched because the bolt was so big. read more

My boyfriend and I were in Florence for vacation and on our way out of town a part on our car broke we took it to Greg's and they looked and diagnosed our car within 20 minutes and we ended up having to order a dealership part they got everything fixed for me in a couple hours and for us being out of town not knowing anything around here they could of charged us and arm and a leg and they didn't it was very good priced and they were so very nice to help us that day and have us back on the road read more

I took my car in because it had trouble starting at times and had a check engine light on, I was told the starter, alternator and battery were all bad and it would cost around $1800 to replace all 3, plus a sensor, oil change and a tune up with replacement of the coil packs. The tune up itself I was quoted $500! I picked my car up and took it somewhere else for testing and ONLY the battery was bad. This shop is anything but affordable, and dishonest. Please don't waste your time, especially if you are a woman alone! I would leave negative 5 stars if possible!!! read more

Went in to have my car diagnosed for a rattle during cold start. I was told that the timing chain needed replaced and quoted the price. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and told it would be ready by Saturday. Almost 2 weeks later they said it was good to go I paid and the next day the rattle was still there. Dropped it off again and another week later was told the cars engine was shot, they said they found metal in the oil pan. They refunded my payment and I took it to a different shop. The car was repaired in 3 days and was told that Greg's shop didn't even touch the timing chain, they destroyed bolts trying to remove them and lied about the metal in the oil. My car is running perfect and I wouldn't recommend Greg's shop to an enemy. read more

I have reviewed Greg's before on here and was completely satisfied so I obviously kept going back when I needed work done again. Except this time they really dropped the ball, let me explain. About November 2nd I brought my 1999 Durango into Greg's for some work it was over heating and the brake lights and turn signals wouldn't work the tail lights did but when you pressed the brake they didn't brighten and the turn signals nor flashers worked. They said it would be done on Saturday the 4th then they never called or anything and went home for the weekend They reopened Tuesday the 7th and called my early afternoon that it was done, I paid the bill $795.00 yes the overheating was fixed but within 10 minutes of leaving Greg's I knew the turn signals and flashers was not working still, they flashed in the parking lot but within 15 minutes of driving they were back out, no turn signals no flashers so I turned around and back to Greg's I went. On the 18th of November they call me again it's fixed so again I went back up there to get my Durango back again paid the bill $450.00 and once again the lights flashed in the parking lot and then within 15 minutes of driving guess what wasn't working again. Now I have brake lights now they are good, it isn't overheating anymore but I still have no turn signals or flashers. So I called them and let them know what was going on, they said we're booked up until the holiday bring it back after Thanksgiving. Now from November 18th to November 28th I drove the Durango and that's when the windows cut out, yes they went up and down slow but now they're dead dead the radio is on the fritz, the brake lights work but again no turn signals or flashers. So on November 28th I take it back to Greg's with the front two windows stuck down for almost a week now and no signals or flashers. On December 2nd Greg's calls that it's done again so again I go up there and again I pay $275.00 and my windows are up the radio is still on the fritz and guess what no signals or flashers. I am now $1500.00 in on this and I still have no flashers or turn signals. Yes it's a 1999 Dodge Durango with 133k, yes the windows were slow but they worked, yes the speakers had some rattle when you turned the radio up loud but they worked now pretty much all there is is static. If they would have said $1500 from the beginning I would have said nope I am not putting that much into it, I only paid $3000 for it. The way it worked out in the end for them was awesome they ended up getting paid money they would have never been paid, it wasn't worth it to me. Before they can reply to my review I want to add that when I brought it back on November 7th I told Chris what all I had done and went thru before bring it to them in regards to the lights, I bought a new turn signal switch and installed it and it changed nothing, so I took it back out and put the old one back on and returned the one i bought, i did this back in September when the lights first went out, that shows just how little I drive it. this same switch is what they claim they replaced when I took it back up there on November 28th and then charged me $275.00 on December 2nd. I told Chris the story on how I changed the turn signal switch myself with no change on November 7th, I also told the girl at the front desk all of this on November 2nd. Yet they still changed out this switch for no reason, that wasn't ever the problem. Greg's was told twice about everything I had tried to fix the lights twice and yet they replaced the switch and charged me $275.00 .. They really dropped the ball on this job, I had gotten good service from them until this time and with this I feel they really stuck it to me with all the charges and then nothing being fixed except the over heating issue. read more

My brakes were going out and needed to be replaced. I brought my car here and they were able to help! The follow up wasn't so quick, it took two days for my car to get back to me, and I had to call to check on it a few times (when they said they would call me).
