Next to no help on the floor. I've been to other O'Reilly's. They ain't this slow! Standing in line is a lot like listening to the methodical, monotone role-calling of a certain economics teacher: "Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?" You know what other great movie quote fits in all of my past and recent scenarios at this auto parts store with the great radio jingle? This one... "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." ~ Ferris Maybe O'Reilly's doesn't need to notice how many customers walk out when they don't stop and look around. My workplace doesn't have that luxury!!! I can't recommend this place when I spend several minutes (15-20 is long enough) standing in line and still get no service.

They didn't say anything on top of that, the restrooms were broken and if you're gonna wait that long, you need the restroom to work so we just went across the street to advance in and out in five minutes even though they were packed they acknowledged us and they had one person that was checking people out that needs to have one cashier out and somebody else taking orders

Back in earlier April 2023 I was looking for some wildlife whistles for my Jeep. I checked their website before heading to the brick and mortar. After going up and down every single aisle twice and not being asked if I needed any help by a single employee, I hopped in line at the front to see if someone could look the part up for me. Of course, they didn't know what the hell I was inquiring. Basically it's two devices that you can put on particular places on your vehicle that will "whistle" a warning to wildlife such as deer, elk, and other large animals that you don't want to jump out in front of you as your traveling about a certain speed. It's been my experience that with them on my vehicles, nothing jumps out in front of me. I'm willing to keep trying this. Finally, between three employees they found one set of what may usually be referred to as "deer whistles" on the back wall somewhat hidden behind other random merchandise on a hanging clip strip. You're forewarned... this may not be the in-and-out expedition you were hoping for.

Store seems organized. Didn't see a couple of items in stock that was looking for. Was not greeted when I walked in. Was not asked if I needed help. I didn't feel like waiting around to see if what I wanted was in stock. I was singing James Brown's "It's a Man's Man's Man's World" for a short while but I stopped because everyone is fallible and so am I. I'm trying not to assume that they were simply too busy.... Parking lot is not crammed like the other parts stores, but the lines need to be repainted. They offer a "Speed Perks" program where you save money at the fuel pump (not sure which gas stations, sorry) and purchases $20 and up inside the store. I like that they sell DieHard vehicle batteries here. Also, they provide free loaner tool sets. Free alternator and starter testing. Plus free wiper blade installation.

A good update…read more.. Some bloke at this Napa sold me a cabin filter for my Jeep on 12/31/2023. I didn't check it before I left because I was going to take care of it New Year's Day. Went to change it. The filter is completely different than the previous Napa-sanctioned one. It didn't fit. It's too thick. It's not the same quality. Made in a totally different country. So I returned it today (1/2/2023). Complained to a different, much more professional male employee. He quickly rectified the situation by quietly admitting the wrong one was sold to me. He proceeded to pull the new one out of the box. I confirmed it was the correct one. Got it for a straight exchange even though the new one was a few dollars more. Same old story. New year... It pays to know who to talk to. The real car guys/girls.

He refused to go to the place that I have been going to because apparently he has an ex girlfriend who works there. I joked and said good I'll have a chat with her next time. He didn't think I was funny. LOL. I drove here on 6/23/2023 so he could go inside to check in and tell the service manager what he needed done. I thought we could just stay in the vehicle, but apparently not. I didn't see any signs, telling us exactly what to do. We arrived at ZK Express at around 10 AM. We waited maybe at most 5 minutes as all lanes where occupied. The entire process probably didn't even take a half hour. He declined to have his air filter replaced. The rest of the bill came out to about $93. If he had issues with their work, he would have told me but he made it back to Colorado just fine. The two employees that I interacted with while we sat in the SUV were very respectful and worked efficiently. Also, this is huge for me as my "second dad" and my ex-husband both used to work in car shops: theirs is fairly clean. Not messy or trashy. I drive my brother's full-sized diesel pickup often - at least 8 times a week. He recently got a full detail cleaning on it here - ZK Express did an excellent job getting rid of dog hair, kid prints, and junk food out of the cab. No clue what he paid, but it might be worth it every few months or so. Definitely putting this place on my list.

Our new company truck needed new rubber. They didn't have the tires in stock that my boss wanted on it, so we had to wait a couple of days. Their sister company "America's Tire" was in Southern California. I never used them, but I drove by several shops when I lived there. My Yelp friend David D. brought it to my attention that Discount Tires is the same company as America's Tire, but there was a trademark issue or something with all the other states... I went to this location many years ago and didn't like the attitude I got from an employee way back then, so I personally chose not to use them since. Please note that service has gotten better! The new "shoes" on our truck look much better too (3/1/2024). No issues thus far.
