They asked if I had steering and I did not. She said it was a problem but they had no time and no one to take a look at it. Not even putting a reader on the engine to verify the error I was getting. They wished me luck in getting home which was over 100 miles away without proper steering. I was blown away. As I left I walked their gun the shop and saw 4-5 guys standing around talking and only 1 service bay was in use out of 6. Two hours later and taking back roads I arrived at my dealership and within 15 minutes diagnosed that the pump needs replacement. It'll take a week for them to repair it. It at least they looked amd not just said "good luck".

Quote was competitive and provided promptly. A month or so after the purchase was complete they sent me a check for ~$150 because they realized I was overcharged for out of state registration. I did not realize there was a mistake, they found a problem and just sent me a check without me asking them, this was a nice surprise. I only bought cars from dealers in Chicago in the past and I bet dollars against donuts most dealers in Chicago would pocket the money.

Now that I was in the dealership, they would put me to the top of the list but it'd be another 1-1/2 hours. I declined, took my keys, and left. Terrible service. Apparently you have to be there in person for them to honor an appointment time. What's the reason of evening making an appointment? I must have received 4-5 emails and texts in the days leading up to this appointment reminding to be there at the scheduled time. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
