Their customer service is not that good. the guy at the counter tried to beat around the bush, so I drove over to commercial tire and they helped me out right away (faster and cheaper). their customer service was top-notch! excellent experience. I was driving from Denver through Idaho when I heard a loud pop on the highway, and my MINI immediately went into low-power mode. Thankfully, Mountain Home Auto Ranch was at the very next exit. John Lewis in the service department was incredibly kind and agreed to take a look at my car, even though MINI isn't one of the brands they service. They quickly diagnosed the problem--the boost hose to the intake manifold had blown off--reattached it, and had me safely back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. When you're stranded far from home, that kind of service means everything. We decided to try to slowly drive to Performance Chevrolet in Mountain Home. Luckily it was downhill! We were told it would take several days to get a new transmission and install it. Thanks to John and Brady in the service department, we had our van with a new transmission and were headed home to Colorado much quicker than anticipated. Pushy, annoying and unreasonable sales practices. the salespeople at this dealership are rude and…read morepushy, will not take no for an answer even after i bought a car elsewhere. when negotiating, they will try to force you to take their crappy dealer-installed accessories that you absolutely did not request them to install. they'll complain it's too expensive to remove the brake flasher unit (that they chose to install and try to sell you at a 400 dollar markup). i also don't think they're advertising within the laws of idaho: they're not disclosing their advertised prices are lower than msrp but it's contingent on discounts that not everyone qualifies for.
