WOW! I have been taking our vehicles here for years, have spent thousands of dollars without one…read morecomplaint. Today I brought my parents car in for tire rotation, wiper blade changes and oil change. The last time (not Schierl) someone put the blades on wrong, and the one would only go halfway on the windshield. My parents can no longer drive, so the few miles they put on is minimal to doctor appts from time to time. It showed they needed an oil change, more because the time, not mileage. Of course, I called Schierl and made a "I'll wait appt." Because the blade was such a nuisance, prior to me bringing in the keys, I wanted to check. Now the driver's side does not work, there was no mention when I paid the bill. Loud knocking sound is now happening. I went back in and they said it was on the work order that it was not working, I was not called to advise, or I would have immediately said, it should be. I cannot say if they did or did not switch out the arm or not, I do not want to accuse as I didnt see what thety did. I can honestly say I do not recall seeing the bright pink numbers on the arm prior, but as I said it isn't my car, but I have taken it in for service and have never paid for an arm replacement. All repair work was done at the Ford dealer. Regardless of what happened...I was saying "it worked before it went in the shop. I even checked when I stopped to show where the blade was stopping." I would have said " I guess it now needs to be fixed." Instead, the mechanic rudely said, "I feel you are trying to pull the wool over our eye's" Maybe that would be something he would do, but we would NEVER do such a thing. My advice, DO NOT just assume they will do the job right, show them the issue and that it is working. All I had was the pollen that was on the windshield to show where the old wiper stopped. I will going forward be taking our business elsewhere and so will the rest of our family.

Jose and crew at this location have completely changed that for me - and raised the bar for all others. Jose and his team were amazing. I called this AM about making an appointment and Jose was great from the start. Explained that you never need an appointment, just come on in! When I drove up to the garage door, Jose quickly greeted me and we walked into the office area - he pointed out the restroom, the water in the fridge, coffee maker. His crew drove my car inside and got busy on things. After getting mileage, etc from my car, he explained what he recommended and the benefits and gave me an estimate on the cost. We agreed on the synthetic oil (that's what I use) and tire rotation (I was overdue). His team got to work and they were done in no time at all. He assured me that they checked the filters, the fluids, vacuumed the car, and checked brakes, wipers - and I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff. Anyway, it was a thorough check and I felt great knowing there was attention to detail. Even better than all the actual work on the car was my customer experience. I have never ever been to any kind of oil change place - even car dealers - that was this clean. CLEAN. CLEAN. CLEAN. Plus, free wifi, a charging station for mobile phones, a work area (I had my laptop), comfy chairs, CLEAN bathroom. It almost felt part 'cafe' and there was a big window where you could see what was happening with the cars. I felt like I took my car to a spa or something. Jose and crew were friendly, knowledgable, patient (I had questions), and professional. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube and Jose and the team!

They also did not deactivate the "service needed" that beeps when service is needed. I thought, well, maybe it was a tough day so I went back again. Again, oil change and I requested a tire rotation. I knew that I had an important meeting that I needed to be at so I asked when I pulled up, "how long for a tire rotation and oil change". I was told I would be in and out in 25 minutes. It took an hour and 5 minutes this time. I was late for my meeting. They also did not deactivate the service needed button again. I will NEVER go back. Horrible service.

Manager Joe "did not give his last name" who was extremely condescending the entire time. Insisted it was not rust. Did take cover the cost of the diagnostic. Main issue is I was not told before hand that if it was not covered under warranty I would be charged over 200$ for a diagnostic. This is something I would think is extremely important to cover before performing the service.Especially when the customer specifically asks if the service would be covered under the warranty. At a 3.5 rating, this service station is already low.And I understand why.
