As someone who tried to get help from corporate a few times about how customers were being scammed…read moreinto expensive services by employees (witnessed employees putting old dark motor oil on transmission and driveline samples to make it appear burnt/dirty/worn just to trick customers into an expensive transmission service) to bump sales numbers, listening to customers complain about how inappropriate comments and noises were made in front of customers and their children by employees, and witnessing some employees using substances while on the clock. The manager Bill hides it well and most employees fear him cutting their hours/pay or firing them for false reasons if they even so much as ask for the district manager Ricky's number in fear that it will be trouble for him. Anytime another manager higher up than him has to talk to an employee Bill gets upset and harasses them for information on what was talked about and if/what was all said. Customers have no clue to some of what happens right in front of them and or to their own vehicles but as someone from the company I do. Just know that not all employees do these shady things, it's just fear that keeps us from speaking up about it.

They were very professional, they cross checked everything with everyone in the bay so that all the guys knew what the other was doing. I assume this is for safety and it's brilliant. Today she swerved at me forcing me to step on somebody's lawn to get out the way. She asked if I worked across the street, I said yes, then she Said "Get the F of my lawn you're trespassing!" Come to find out it's her sons house not hers. When I got to the gas station where she was at getting subway (where I get food for lunch for work) she got out of her car came at me saying I was trespassing. I said ma'am please don't come at me like that and I would be more than happy to avoid the lawn if you weren't swerving at me. Next time she says a word to me I'm calling the cops for harassment and I recommend everyone to not give her properties any of your Business, you'll be respected 100x more basically anywhere else! Also I wouldn't recommend walking past it or you might get swerved at and harassed. What a shame I am a 65 year old disable widow senior i took my old car in to get check because i was debating on selling it or repairing it  . There was a leak in the front area so I paid them 45.00 for them to check out the leak and they gave me a written estimate for the repairs for 1,248.00 said my transmission pan had holes in it and my oil pain had holes in it both needed replacement plus the the transmission lines need to be replaced and the valve cover  gasket. So that was alot of things to repair all at once so I took it to another mechanic for a second check out  which he did for free and all it needed was the transmission lines and a trasmission cooler which cost me 260.00 total to have fixed . So I called Sniders and explained what happened and all I got from the owner  relative was she will need to speak to the mechanic . I have never heard back from anyone  Never was offer back my 45.00 the new place i took it to showed me the parts they said i need while the car was up on a hoist.I Didnt need most of those parts at all . I would use caution when going here and this is a small town  and I have been a good customer but this didnt feel right and Im glad i got a second check out . So be careful if your a female senior when you take car in for repair This was a horrible experience and with a heavy heart I cannot recommend this place. Long story short he charged me $305 to replace the mass-air-flow sensor. I agreed to the price before I knew how little work it takes to fix it. To replace the sensor it takes about 20 minutes. The part priced out at $145. He charged me $194 for the part and 1 1/2 of labor. He completely ripped me off. When i called him out on it, he had nothing to say. If you're from out of town, I would not take my car there.
