Today, while on vacation, I attempted to get a prescription refill only to discover it had expired. The doctors office said the new prescription was sent to Walgreens, however Walgreens had not received it yet. Amber answered the phone (not a call center - YEAH!) and took complete ownership of helping me. This included a follow up call to the doctors office and a call to me to give a status update. A near impossible task to for a normal human, but Amber and team didn't stop until they got my prescription. I'm grateful.

The groceries are priced so high sometimes more than two or three times as much as other stores for…read morethe same item. The biggest disappointment is the deli where it is always unclean and slow to wait on customers! Never enough checkers or people to help you out to the car with your groceries either. Watch out for the bogos you have to get the exact item as pictured or you get a shock when you go to check out at the register and they don't let you know ahead of time. So many times I have had to bring items back because the cashier's are inept! Shop elsewhere so many other choices to choose from even in Dade City and just a short drive to Zephyrhills much better stores and customer service!
