    I went in to pick up an online order at 8:40 this morning (the store wasn't busy), and there was a customer who had been waiting to pick up an order, but she still hadn't been helped yet. I asked the 2 employees who were in the pick-up order area (staring at their cellphones) if anyone was assisting customers. One female employee just stared at me, smirking as she continued to stare at her phone. Walmart has hire employees that actually want to work. I wont be going to THAT location again.

    I placed an order online but my items were not available for delivery. The item was only available for pickup. I received notification that my item was ready for pickup. The notification instructed me to follow the signs and park in the curbside pickup area and check in when I arrived. The curbside pickup area was cordoned off. There was no sign or instructions about curbside pickup. There was no store contact info in the messages about my order. I had to park and the people at customer service what to do. They did not know! I was told to ask someone at the door. The gentleman at the door pointed to a sign and told me "You have to call that number." The woman on the phone was very pleasant. She asked for my information and soon brought out my items. I received no apology for being forced to enter the store. I can only assume that this location does not offer curbside pickup.

    Long wait for them to unlock this door so I can get baby formula.

    I have to say it is the worst Walmart ever for many reasons. For one, the employees are by far the worst every single one you speak to has an attitude. God forbid you ask a question about the place you work in right? I mean I shouldn't expect much since they are only working at Walmart. Number 2 as I'm walking my 4 year old down the isle an employee is playing Missy Elliot " Work it " full blast on her phone. Number 3 to the people at the exit I will never stop for you and you will never make me stop, it is illegal to stop people, check your laws. Update to review on 7/23/19 as I'm trying to pick up stuff I ordered online they have spots reserved in the front for that reason, I see a team member wearing her vest get out of her SUV and I said something. Her response was mind your own business.... That fact that the lot was empty and you are that lazy to park where the team members park is pathetic....

    The manager is rude. They have a bad return policy. I wasted twenty five dollars there.

    The staff always wears masks and are friendly. Lots of sales and can get a lot of shopping done on budget.

The last few months brought on a bout of bad luck here. Unless you go first thing in the morning, expect to wait 10 minutes in a line to get your pills. Last week, I tested positive for covid, and the doctor phoned in an order for pills to treat it. I got a text message saying that the order was received and would be ready for 3 PM. I decided to wait until the next morning, when I was told that they had not touched the order, so I had to wait 20 minutes for them to get to work. The real deal breaker came that weekend. I realized that I had run out of daily asthma meds, so I put in an order. Friday afternoon the 23rd, I told them that I needed to make use of their home delivery service. I was told to call the next day and they would set it up/ I called the next morning and they agreed to deliver the med for an $8 fee. I paid for the delivery and the med by credit card. They told me I had to stay home to receive it. Easy call - we both had covid. Hours went by and I called to ask about the status. "I no nothing," said the woman on the phone. More hours went by, and my wife called - only to find out that they would not be delivering the med - ever. They happily refunded the money, but then we had to go out of our sick beds and pick it up anyway. Otherwise it would wait until the day after Christmas and we would still have to pick it up. If there is one thing you absolutely must have from a pharmacy, it is reliability. Two strikes in the same week, and we will not be waiting around for strike 3. Sadly, we will be moving on.

    Horrible past experience, though customer service and current staff saved the day…read more I am writing this review now because it's important to share how escalated a simple service can get here. A year ago, I came to this CVS for passport/ID photos. The quality was abysmal--no flash, blurry, completely unprofessional for a place that claims to specialize in document photos. When I politely pointed out that for $24, the photo should at least be decent, the female manager completely snapped. She started screaming at me, was incredibly hostile, and began loudly gossiping about me with her coworkers right in front of me. She literally made derogatory comments about my appearance, calling me a "dumb white girl" and a "blonde," saying that everyone else liked their photos before I showed up. When I refused to tolerate this abuse and asked for a refund, they botched the transaction and accidentally charged me another $24 instead of refunding it. In total, I was out $48 for a ruined photo and a mountain of disrespect. I had to return to the store, where the staff suddenly "didn't understand" anything. I had to call corporate customer support and even consult a lawyer friend to prepare a formal complaint. Thankfully, CVS corporate customer service was helpful and finally returned my money. Update: I recently had to visit this location again last week, and I must admit the experience was completely different. They seem to have hired new, normal cashiers, or at least the person who helped me this time was polite and professional. I'm glad management made changes, but the behavior of that previous team was absolutely unacceptable.
