Now during pandemic we have been using their curbside pickup and it has been an amazing experience and no issues what so ever. If they did miss some product or something is in bad condition, you just contact their customer service and they assist you in finding a solution every time. It's a one stop shop, where you can get everything. We have another Walmart location close to our house, however we prefer going to this one, it's much better and worth it!! Thanks

She spent more time trying to balance the items on the tray than she would have setting them directly into the bags. Then she stood with her arms at her sides, waiting for me to bag. I used the auto tire service for the first time. I chose Guelph over the Kitchener location…read morebecause Kitchener is just a Kazoo. I checked in 1 hr before my 3pm appointment and was advised about 1.5hr, if someone's late for their appointment they will just slot me in. Right at 3:30 I did get my call to pick up my keys. Here is the tragic moment, I was 3rd or 4th in line to pick up my keys...and it took 35min for me to get to the service desk, behind me was a queue of 8-10 people. For some reason they only had two people assisting customers and the two people were running every customer in order that they arrive except if you had an appointment to drop off you could skip the queue. I hope this location considers changing up priorities, maybe dedicating one person to do the appointment sign up and tire purchase, while the other person is for intake and outgoing customers who simply need to drop off keys or pick up. Then second person can step in and do transactions if no queue. Overall there seems to be a lack of team work behind the counter. My struggle was the time and my senior parent was with me- I would have left my senior parent sitting in the food service area if we knew it would take SO LONG. As a bonus, the shop does note the tread condition for the tires they remove and store in your car so you know how it is and when you need to change it. I got brand new summer tires on May 2, they were able to pull my winter tires off, pull the rim from my summer in my trunk and load it up, balance and the works- and load my winters in- so basically a tire change with my purchase. It's appreciated. My experience may have been also associated with a Saturday visit- I guess if I went on a weekday during business hours my experience might be very different.

He was walking slower than me and I forgot to stop . She yelled and demanded I come back! Then demanded I move stuff in my bag so she could check it. She could have moved it but demanded I do it. It was heavy ! I only had two hands. Like I was a thief. (Big scene) Spent almost $500.00. To spend money on a membership card to have the privilege to shop there, I am not sure I will renew my card membership, when it is time to renew. Never encountered such an upsetting exit before. Yes she has a job to do but that was beyond rude. Otherwise have never had a problem at the Guelph outlet.

This is the new Canadian Tire store in Waterloo on the western edge of town. This is one of the…read morelarger stores and the selection is better here than at the other smaller local stores like the one on Victoria Street in Kitchener. This means that when the big sales are on, I often come out of my way to get to this store, as it is almost always the last to run out of the deeply discounted items. However, its location far away from the main commercial areas of Uptown Waterloo and Downtown Kitchener means that it is somewhat inconvenient to travel there.

There was a 25% discount on clothes today, so it was ridiculous to get a decent pair for $7.50 each. I also got a rain jacket going for $25 before the discount. Apparently I was supposed to have opened it and checked if it had all the parts before leaving the store, but the cashier never told me that. Be careful if you speak with Kailey as well. She's very condescending when she speaks. The other girl that tried to help was quite nice though. I won't come here again. I'd rather pay a little more and deal with better customer service and ensure a product that works.
