I was guided downstairs and waited in a comfortable waiting room and despite it being pretty full/busy for roughly 7:30a on a Thursday it didn't feel like I waited long. From there I was taken down to the OR waiting area(?). I was given a private room and promptly a nurse came in to direct me where I could go for the urine test. I appreciated that he asked if I wanted to try to go directly in the cup or in a "hat". After that I was led back in to the room where the thoughtful nurse had looked ahead @ my height, so he let the air out of the top mattress, thus making it easier for me to get in. Thank You!! I forget how long I was left alone before he first anesthesiologist came in...but it gave me a chance to "break down" have a good cry as I was very nervous about the elective surgery. The kind male anesthesiologist left and hen "tall blonde Swedish Lisa" anesthesiologist came in and was friendly as well. I don't remember anything after talking to both of them until waking up in OR Recovery room around 4:00, my surgery was scheduled for 8:30a. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. Kept apologizing that I was in there so long, roughly two hours as they were checking & I didn't have a room and once I did, it wasn't ready. I kept telling them it was fine, they were all kind and helpful, had they wheeled me out in to the hall to sit alone, would have been a problem. I got up to my room @ 5:55p friendly & attentive Nurse Ali was my first nurse. Noticing I was going to have a tough time getting up in to bed, she brought in a stool...thanks! She covered what meds I should take and when and how much water I'd need to drink before they'd even consider discharging me. My time w Ali was great, after her shift the friendly & attentive Lizzy was my nurse. Lastly was nurse Chaz, just as his previous two co-workers, he was top notch. My surgeon popped in to see how I was doing and asked for my pain rating? I told him it was never higher than a 3 and we were currently hovering between a 2 and 1. He gave the ok to be discharged by noon. Chaz kindly offered to go to the pharmacy and get all the meds I was being sent home with. I became anxious as I knew my ride was on her way and he was MIA. However he informed me when he returned: that they have x number of orders to fill and when you only have a pharmacist or two to fill them... Then Chaz kindly offered to wheel me down to the pick up doors. Unknown how grateful I would be when I accepted the gesture. It was a much further and confusing trek than I had realized. Guess I should have waited to pay my bill so they had a reason to pretend to care about my health concerns.

I would like to update my previous review as they have did a completely 180 with me... they have…read moregone above and beyond to help me when an i identification happened outside of their control and worked fast and diligently to get it figured out... the delivery drivers are amazing and very personable and go above and beyond... i was really displeased o. The beiginngj and considered switching back to old pharmacy because of how bad things were but I gave them a second chance and ever since they have gone above and beyond to assist me and accommodate me... they have been amazing at getting my orders available for pickup super fast and have helped me switch up mistakes I made in order pickup or delivery when I wasn't able to have certain times or when it was convenient for me to pickup if I was near the location on a short notice... i do wish they had better parking but it is a busy downtown minneapolis area and they mainly are a delivery pharmacy but also have pickup... anytime I have had a question or an issue outside of their control they were able to figure it out and work with my doctors in lightning speed to get it figured out... they have really helped me navigate areas I was una aware of... ty so much and I am happy things got on a great track... i am usually pretty forgiving and like to give second chances as things can change... the staff is always friendly and helpful... they respond fast and have exceeded my expectations 10 fold since the mess in the beginning... ty again for everything... ty for having awesome delivery deivers also and I appreciate their hard work and dedication as they are not appreciated enough and people will give delivery drivers crazy demands and make it extremely difficult to get things delivered, especially at apartment buildings where people dont give access codes so they can get the order delivered successfully... ty all

They open at 9:00am but they were there early (opening the pharmacy). They took my prescriptions right away (again BEFORE they technically opened) and started working on them.
