My problem with them is that they overcharged me for all the years that I was a patient at DeeFlat and I know that because I verified it with my insurance company and now that I've had to find a new provider and the cost of my medications are1 fourth of what DeeFlat charged me and I know this as I said because I talked to my insurance company and now I do know exactly what I should've been paying., The new provider charged me $2.00 dollars for a prescription that DeeFate charged me $60.00 dollars for every time I filled my medication. I do not recommend DeeFlat or their sister Store in Laughlin. I think it's wellness something I really don't care what it is called. All I want is all the extra money that they charged me over the years when I was a patient of theirs I don't know what to do. Call the licensing board in Arizona and let them know what DeeFlat did to me or let it go and I'm not the kind of person that lets it go. I just don't think that's right for DeeFlat to overcharge their customers, it's abusing their position as a pharmacy pharmacist and the customer that was a victim of that company. I'm not gonna say it was a conspiracy to charge patients astronomical amounts, but I can't dispute that either. I will be calling the Arizona board of Pharmacy and I wanna know if they're gonna do anything about DeeFlat pharmacy. It's not just about me. It's about every patient that picked up what they needed and we're overcharged. I'm sure since I wasn't the only patient that was overcharged. I have nothing else to say except if you value your dollars and I do because I don't have many spare dollars to spend on anything. Stay away from their other Pharmacy that's in Laughlin or the same thing could happen there they will overcharge and if you don't call your insurance company and find out what they should have charged you instead of what they do charge, you are just out of money. That's a financial hard hit by DeeFlat, I trusted DeeFlat to be honest and charge the correct amount. That's it, but it's the truth and that's my review of the DeeFlat pharmacy!! If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would have. I have no choice but to leave a 1 star review on yelp to get my review posted. Just trying to help others to call their insurance company get the right information before you go to any of the DeeFate 2 pharmacy chain of stores. Ethical advertising would read, "free next day delivery." I looked online at their website, another polished corporate website with an sophisticated app. Not the community-based "mom and pop shop" they suggest. And there was not one name, not one human being, to contact with concerns. Sure I can call them directly and talk to the seriously naïve pharmacist. He is nice enough, but apparently he's following corporate policy by passing off non-prescription drugs as prescriptions, neglecting to notify patients that the drugs are not covered by insurance, and making promise that he cannot deliver on. I didn't need that $60 bill. But I'm stuck with it. This community needs to wake up! Many corporations are moving in and posing as caring and community-oriented when they are just making buck wherever they can. At least CVS and Wal-Greens call themselves what they are: for-profit corporations, not the hometown pharmacy that cares about you. Um when you're rude and don't want people to know who you are. First, we were there at 125. At 1:30 she came out and told us that they were on lunch. I asked what time? She said 130. I said we've been here since 125. Needless to say, I just went downhill from there. She couldn't figure out how to use my state issued ID card, which is federal. She said because there's no expiration date on my ID card she couldn't use it. My husband had to explain to her that there is no expiration date on an Arizona ID card. So then I had to pull out my drivers license. Which is California. Any help by the time she was done entering all the information that's required to buy Sudafed, of all things. Our receipt shows a timestamp of 132. So if you wanna talk about semantics, we were definitely there before 130 by the time she was done arguing with us entering all the information for the Sudafed not being able to figure out how to use a federal ID. I'm sure it was more than two minutes. She also informed us that we were cutting into her lunch hour that she was only allowed so much time. Pretty sure they went early, which is fine if there was a sign or something that said that they were out to lunch. But if you're going to argue, especially over minutes , you should have proof. And I have to say the ripping off of the name tag off of her shirt. That's a winner.

Most likely it'll get refused by Joan and sent back to Amazon with no explanation. Ever since we mentioned the front team had significant delays at the front counter in releasing our packages to us due to scanners and staff, none of our packages have been delivered there and we have had to find and alternative drop point. With Joan around, you can be sure that your day will be dimmed, your time wasted, and faith in humanity crushed. Joan has to go, and she can take her flannel shirt with her. I told her I had it on my phone and waited for the Walmart app to load. She rushed me, ignored other customers, and refused to check someone else's receipt while I was still waiting. When my receipt finally loaded, she sighed heavily like I was stealing. Her behavior made me feel singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected -- especially as a mom trying to manage a fussy baby. I've never felt so singled out for no reason. Walmart needs to train staff to treat all customers with respect, because this was unacceptable. I want to speak to management about how I was treated, because Walmart needs to ensure all customers are treated fairly and with respect.

I had about 60 items in my cart for just over $300. I had entered a new form of payment which showed accepted into the Kroger website. When I went to check out I got an error code saying I could not check out and to call a phone number. I called the toll-free number they explained it's because my store was in one state in my residence is in another. We're twin cities on the Colorado River. We're 10 miles apart. The lady said she corrected it and I was to wait about 15 minutes log off of the site, log back into the site and then try to check out with my order. I did that but I waited an hour not 15 minutes and I went to check out my cart was there as I pushed the button to check out. It gave me another error code and told me to call that number. I figured okay an hour was not long enough. Let's wait a little bit so I tried again. Same story error code. I know my card is accurate. I know they accepted my card. Come to find out these four attempts to check out Kroger charged my card for $1,257.54. I bought nothing. I checked out with nothing. I received nothing. Here we are. Several days later it's the first of the month. All of my bills are now bouncing now I'm getting late charges and fees. I've spent 2 days on the phone trying to speak with Kroger people. By the way, you can't speak with anybody in the United States. They're on the Caribbean and they don't give a rats back but about you or me. It's a call center with foreigners who aren't even in the country and they tell you there's no way to speak to anyone in the United States that was Sunday. So here I am on the 4th and they still have my money and refuse to give it back and there's no one to talk to. I'll tell you that I spend $1,000 a month at the local Smith's. I will never spend another penny. I will tell everyone I possibly can. What a terrible corporation they are. She hears the problem friends having been a finance man my whole career. Let me explain this to you because it's important when they scan your card. It's unauthorization. It's just like you standing at the register. Trying to buy a gallon of milk with your card. You tap your card. You pay the man and you go. That's what they're saying. They're taken each of those four attempts. $318 $318 $318 $308 add it up I don't have my money. My bills are bouncing. I get emails exploding my inbox. Things aren't getting paid. Kroger won't release my money. You know why because if they keep that money for 4 or 5 days they get to earn interest on it. Now my $1,257.54 doesn't sound like much but Kroger has millions and millions of people. If they did a thousand people a day the way they've done me they would have hundreds of thousands of dollars over that 5-day period of other people's money earning interest for then. I will never step foot in a Smith's for the rest of my life. Every chance I have I will tell people about this experience. How and why you're not fooling anybody? I was on the Laughlin side of the water at that time. The customer service has always been great when I have shopped here as well. Not much experience with Starbucks, however.
