Long time customer of this pharmacy. 5:22pm: text received that prescription was ready. (symptoms x3 weeks) I got there at 6pm- staff still at counter and said pharmacy closed at 6 on Sundays. Since I need the medication, asked for transfer. no. Then clerk asked if med was from ER? Not sure why THAT mattered, but when they got done telling me they would not help me with prescription, it was 6:03pm. Piss poor service and I am DONE with this pharmacy. Oh and they lied and said nowhere else in town is open, and CVS is. They could have let me have my script in the time they spent telling me how they were not going to help me. BYE and good riddance! read more

Pharmacy Technician was behind the counter, pharmacy closed, he refused to help offer suggestions to resolve the issue of late pickup options. Such as call in a transfer to another pharmacy here locally so I could get my much needed prescription refilled. read more

I asked, "Are you telling me that Walmart isn't responsible for delivering the products that I paid for?" She said, "No, sir. That's not what I said." Actually, that IS what you said. Manager Jennifer (who provided Jim Clark's name, but refused to provide her OWN last name) was equally snide and dismissive of any responsibility to deliver my order. I finally got an email that the item had been delivered, only to find out (via the delivery image) that it ended up being delivered to another unknown location. My experience with this store wasn't just bad. It was a net loss of time and effort and I didn't even receive my order.

Aldi and Kroger offer better value and quality for produce. There's no b-grade options, disturbing to see corporations happy to price gouge consumers and ruin farmers. Employee treatment remains infamous. The selection and brand options are overwhelming without being that well priced. Ice cream is especially obnoxious to see how little five bucks gets now. Only Target makes everything here look fair.
