I walked in the door to a very clean and neat store with a direct shot to Minute Clinic. Signing in took awhile, but the wait was speedy. From the time I signed in to the time I walked out with a script was about 1 hour! Faster than seeing my doctor! Everyone was friendly and helpful. My questions were answered with patience and understanding. I really could not have had better service! If I need to go back someday, this is the place I will be returning to!

I attempted to purchase some wine at the Kent Walgreens. When the manager rang it up, he asked for…read moremy id, so I gave it to him. He then scanned it and proceeded to ask the girl in front of me for her id as well because I was talking to her and it appeared to him that she was "with" me because we were talking. He then refused to sell me the wine, which is ludicrous because the girl in front of me had nothing to do with my transaction and never touched the wine. I argued politely and he told me that it is the law that they id everyone who is "with" the person who is buying alcohol. I have read over the alcohol laws in Ohio and there is ABSOLUTELY no law of that nature. Regardless of whether that girl was "with" me or not, the store should not have any right to demand her id if she is not paying for or touching the alcohol. It might be a Walgreens policy (or the policy of that particular employee) - however the employee felt the need to lie to me and say it is the law. I have never had this problem in the past and have bought alcohol hundreds of times at hundreds of different establishments. I can only imagine that this store doesn't refuse to sell alcohol to any customer who walks in the store with their child. That being the case, I feel that I was unfairly discriminated against. I will not be ever purchasing another item from Walgreens again and I will encourage anyone I know to do the same.

Ended up pushing the button for service. This has been happening for the last year. Not trying to complain, but it's a hassle getting reminded my prescriptions are ready but having the time to wait in the store or the drive through. This poor girl is running three kiosk locations and the drive through. My costs don't go down, but service has really been bad for a while.

She said it would be a minute before the man arrived with the money, then admitted more likely 5 minutes. After losing my temper and telling her it was ridiculous, I dug in my purse for exact change. She kept pushing around my coins in her hand until it became apparent that she couldn't count US coins. I will only return if no other store has my drug except them.

This week we were having an awful heatwave, but I was due for a refill, and I was so impressed when I received the package that the first thing I did was write this review. They had taken so much care with packaging (padding, cooling pack, individual blister pack so the pills (trituate type) wouldn't melt together. They can help you will any kind of need for animal or human meds. If your pet is particularly troublesome getting meds into, just call and they are certain to have and idea of how to compound the meds for them.

They don't think it is their job to do their jobs. They try to tell the patients that they have to contact the doctor when in the past that was the pharmacist role. I will tell my doctor I would rather be dead than work with people like them. They have such poor attitudes. They treat people like dirt and then play the victim. These are people that don't care how many people they harm. Just don't hurt their precious fragile feelings. If you ever do much as hurt their precious fragile feelings even though they have hurt your countless times, they will threaten to terminate the relationship. They can't live to the standard of behavior they set for their customers. Heartless. Cruel. Last year they refused to send my heart medication to another pharmacy. I had to explain to my doctor why I wasn't taking my medication for the last year. I told him it was because they didn't feel it was their job for me to get it. They have also made others errors that I was gracious enough to overlook. I am tried of being mistreated. Customers deserve better treatment.
