Pharmacy. GET MORE HELP. Waited almost 20 minutes in drive thru with only two cars in front of me. I waited almost 4-5 minutes before someone came to the window. Ended up pushing the button for service. This has been happening for the last year. Not trying to complain, but it's a hassle getting reminded my prescriptions are ready but having the time to wait in the store or the drive through. This poor girl is running three kiosk locations and the drive through. My costs don't go down, but service has really been bad for a while. read more

Received a call that my wife's 3 prescriptions were ready for pick up at 5:39pm. I drove to the pharmacy and went to the drive through at 6:09, :30 minutes later than when she was noticed it was ready. I got home and my wife realized only 2 of the 3 prescriptions were in the bag. We called the pharmacy at 6:30pm and we were told the third one had just been filled. The pharmacist rep could not explain why we got a call from the Hudson CVS stating all three were ready when they were not. The last thing I or my wife wanted to do was leave the house again on this cold night due to some clerks error. This pharmacy rarely is staffed well, has non pleasant representatives, or knows the first thing about customer service. The YELP and Google reviews all point to a poorly managed pharmacy. CVS is the preferred pharmacy with my employer. I hate the idea of having to drive two towns away for my prescriptions, but this place has driven us to do so. Save yourself the headaches and multiple trips for one prescription fill. Go to a different location. read more

I really tried to give this place a chance but after today...no more. I found the pharmacist to be rude and condescending. There is absolutely no compassion for a person needing a prescription. Unbelievable! Headquarters needs to spend some serious time at this location to teach the proper way to speak to clients. I had read so many bad reviews and now I join them. read more

This is a Pharmacy right? Like, their entire existence is to serve customers looking to fill a prescription. You know what is funny? That is the one thing they are horrible at. Just keeping it 100 yo! Came in to the minute clinic for something minor and got prescribed an antibiotic. The experience in the clinic was fantastic! Gave me high hopes for getting the medicine filled. It took over 45 minutes (and they told me 15-20) for them to fill a prescription for Bactrim. Several people waited the same amount of time as myself. The sad part? I cannot tell you how many of the people behind the counter were standing there chatting. Carrying on their personal conversations and loudly complaining about customers. The kicker? A customer called on the phone about the minute clinic. The lady who answered behind the counter went beyond being rude, she was down right demeaning to the customer on the other end. She even went as far as to hang up on the person. I was appalled! The ONLY reason this place got 2 stars from me was because the clinic was fantastic, parking is plentiful and accessible and the restrooms were clean. The pharmacy and its staff? This is the most incompetent pharmacy. Read the other reviews! They are arrogant about their mistakes and are reluctant to try to help. Avoid them at all costs. I have been going there for 30+ years and it has really gone downhill in the last 6-7 years. They have lost my loyalty, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! read more

The Minute Clinic is absolutely false advertising. It is not walk-in during business hours. Joke of a service where they want you to schedule when the point of the offering is convenience. And the in-store kiosk for scheduling doesn't work. I am moving all my family's business to Walgreens or Drug Mart or Costco. Published hours are til 8pm. Arrived at 7:40pm and both doors said closed. Ends up the two nurses were inside bullshitting til 8:01pm. They should be fired. Today's date of visit was 1/23/20. Biggest joke is she referred me to urgent care away from CVS when I asked for a simple strep test. Maddeningly bad customer experience. read more

On Friday, two days before Xmas, I stopped at CVS Hudson to pick up my RX. CVS failed to call my doctor for a refill and informed me that I would need to call the doctor. I said sure no problem but asked the technician for three pills to get me through the holiday weekend. The technician said NO. I asked to speak to the pharmacist, and she picked up the phone and just said no to any pills without a doctors refill. I've been a diabetic for 55 years and this RX (lisinopril or simvastatin) is not some sort of serious narcotic. I have been taking these drugs for 15 years plus on a daily basis. I used to spend $1k per month at CVS but moved all my RX after the CVS pharmacist would not provide some pills to tide me over. The CVS pharmacist ignored Kevin's law, which allows a pharmacist to use their professional judgement if the doctor can't be reached (and my doctor was on Christmas break). The CVS (Jason) manager didn't call me back either. Move your RX to Costco and save lots of money. Everything is cheaper at Costco and you experience pharmacists that know the law and how to treat their patients and customers!! CVS, I hope you're missing my $1000 per month! I am so much happier at Costco. read more

The pharmacist's have no customer service skills what so ever. They are so rude. I've called ahead multiple times to have a prescription filled and they still won't have it ready when they say it will. I tried to talk to someone on the phone about an issue I was having and she started talking to a coworker and laughing while on the line. They clearly don't care. read more

This specific location has absolutely terrible customer service. Waited in the drive through at the window for a solid 8 minutes before the two females talking just on the other side finished their conversation with each other. Then after one of them walked away the other opened the window while still laughing then apologizing for the wait and asking what I needed exactly. This is not the first time I've been frustrated with this location. This is just the first time I am writing a review about it. One star is generous.... If you have other options for a pharmacy, use them. read more

The CVS is nice but the pharmacy is awful. They always make mistakes and they make you wait forever if you're picking up your script right away. I would go somewhere else instead of this pharmacy. You will just end up frustrated. read more

CVS is a great drugstore chain. I do like the Hudson location. It is clean, spacious, and relatively new. A few years ago it was across the street and it needed to be moved; it was too small. The pharmacy staff are very helpful and there is a good selection of self care products and convenience store products, including basic food, basic magazines, and New York Times bestsellers. There is also a drive-thru pharmacy. Overall, CVS is a great place to get basic items or to satisfy your medical needs. read more

Do not get a flu shot from this place! The girl who gave it to me looked like she was 15, she said my insurance covered the shot but I got a $32 bill a couple months later, oh, and I had an allergic reaction. I've been getting flu shots for 13 years and have never had an issue. I had a deadline to get my flu shot for nursing school and my doctor's office didn't have them yet so I had to go here. I didn't know this, and assuming Id be fine since I've never had any sort of reaction to a flu shot, I left immediately after but apparently they're supposed to make you sit there and monitor you for a few minutes to make sure everything went well. I started to get blurry vision on my drive home and noticed I had dilated pupils. At this point I was 5 minutes from home so I pushed on. I walked in the door and told my mom about it. A couple minutes later I noticed my HR was abnormally fast. I stood up to do something and as I was walking I noticed with each step it became harder and harder to breathe. My resting HR, which is typically 75-80 was 150. My respirations were high and I felt like I really had to work hard to get a good breath. There was a radiating electrical shock feeling going from the site of the injection to my chest. I ended up calling my doctor to see what he said and he said to try to ride it out unless things worsen. It took about 16 hours to truly feel myself again, although the intensity died down after about 2-3 from the time of injection. I just felt awful. I hope they read this review. I should've called them and told them about it, not sure why I didn't. I paid $32 to feel like crap. Thanks CVS read more
