In the world of chain pharmacies- this is not done. One of the major chain stores will not even honor requests for specific manufacturers of generic drugs. By law, these generic medications are allowed a 40% leeway from the original formula. Your heart medication or seizure medication if generic, only has to be 40% as effective- and they are selling it to you. If that's not disturbing enough, these chains will switch to the least expensive (to the chains) every month. It's vulgar, dangerous, and dehumanizing. I bought an ESSENTIAL cord for iPhone. Within days the metal tip that goes into phone stuck into it and separated from the cord. The nice guy allowed me an even exchange. 2 days later that exchanged cord did not charge at all. I put item with receipt inside a ziplock hoping to get An exchange on a like item, different brand. Need phone to work after all. Out of 2 jobs so am a bit frugal. Went back and clerk was happy to exchange but manager came up to front and said it could not be done because of covid germs. Honestly, this is a bit overkill and I explained that the item was in bag in car for a couple days. Manager was a bit terse with me. That made me feel pretty uncomfortable. This policy should not be. If I can buy something in your store that's been touched by many then returning something appears to be a fairly irrational and unreasonable policy. I would appreciate your relaxing this policy. This and other CVS's in my area seem to not garner much business ( pre covid) compared to Walgreens and I would think managers would be bending over backwards to be pleasant and customer service oriented. The clerks are personable and professional. There's no "Walgreen's" crapola in here. It's a serious pharmacy. But there are plenty of over-the-counter meds, wraps, bandages, canes and some candy. Right in front of Building D (where the pharmacy is) there are some set-aside parking spots for pharmacy patrons, so it's a quick stop in and out. The pharmacy is directly off the lobby of Building D. If the pharmacy spots are all taken, you can park in the underground garage right under Building D and take the elevator up to the lobby and right over to the pharmacy. In this instance, you're protected from the weather, and still have a quick in and out. Valet parking also is available, but I wouldn't recommend it for the short period you'll be there.

My only complaint would be that it can be a bit confusing for customers to know where to stand in line. They currently have 1 tiny sign and a small divider that, unless you've been here before, you're not sure where to stand in line. I just wish there were signs you could see as you were approaching since there are multiple aisles in the pharmacy area. It shouldn't fall on the pharmacy staff or others waiting in line to tell you where the line is. That said, I love this Pharmacy!
