I had to sit down and wait, which was fine, but I witnessed the attitudes of the people working- they talked rude to people- and down to them in general. They were nice to me, but on older woman asked about her "puffer" more than once and the lady working finally replied "do you mean inhaler?!" - no need for all that- she knew what the lady meant. The selection of over the counter medications is extensive and they are there to help you find anything. They have everything from bandages and braces to medical equipment. They also have a beautiful display of gift items, clothing, baby gifts, candles, pottery and hallmark cards. It is like going back in time to find a hometown store that puts the customers first!
