BUT you don't usually get a heads up on WHEN delivery is meaning you very well may miss them. Despite having a card on file, I can't tell you how many times the delivery person needs a co pay. If you're out of refills or they're out of stock, there's no heads up. Finally, scrips seem to get moved between locations. Sometimes you need a med urgently, call it in, get confirmation it's ready and arrive only to be told it's been sent to the central location and will be delivered in 2 days. The people are nice and try to help but it's just a different flavor of shitshow than I'd get at Walgreens.

They have transformed the front side (on Silver Spring) to add a small soda fountain/counter area called Fitzy's. I have not had prescriptions filled here and have only stopped by a handful of times to drop off unused medications (they have a drop-off bin inside). The layout is a little different compared to the former pharmacy, but the ambiance feels welcoming and it's nice that Fitzy's also has tables outside (weather-permitting).

My previous doctors from Aurora would call and say to me I needed to reestablish care with them before they would consider giving the authorization to fill the script. I have some serious medical conditions such as a seizure disorder anxiety depression diabetes and stage 3 kidney disease. So this kind of mistakes were life threatening and caused me to be hospitalized several times due Hyatt's error in communication. The line moved fairly quickly, and the people in the lot were very organized, considering the amount of cars waiting. It took a while to get to us to do the actual testing, due to the amount of people, but once we were taken care of, it was quick and efficient.
