They showed us a few compositions to determine the size. Then they asked, "When do you need this?" "Today." A small exhale, then, "Okay." They charged an extra 10% for a rush order, but we still paid a reasonable $20-$30 for each frame up. The product looked great, the godparents were thrilled, and we felt like we had great service.
