I called when they opened Saturday morning and ask if they could FRP unlock a moto G pure phone for me and how much it would lost and I was told they didn't have an exact price over the phone but it could be up to a $125 and and I needed to go in in order to get a more accurate price for my Phone. I explain that I was quoted $70 from another business and if they would be able to Match that or beat it and I was told again just to go in they would do their best. When I went in the person behind the counter told me the quote for my specific device was gonna be $125 no less. So then after explaining what happened on the phone call a few minutes earlier and some back-and-forth between us I asked him to call JoelSo he called somebuddy and and finally came back to me and said my quote was $70 but the service site that does the unlock is currently down for the entire day so I would have to come back another time which was Another disappointment. I asked him if I could just buy a cell phone or a laptop from them and he told me they didn't have anything available for me to purchase. Wow wow. She called me a liar saying I never once stated I wanted them all green. & told me to come back the next day. Mind you, they were supposed to be ready since Monday on 3/2/2020. I went in on 3/9/2020 because I got no call or text telling me they were "ready" then to find out they didn't do what I asked for. I came back on 3/10/2020 and the "owner" again is no where to be found and again asks me to come back. I asked for my money back and they refused. They never stated there was no money back and there are no signs that say no refunds at the business nor on the receipt that I still have! She said she claimed they made them exactly like the picture because that's what I "wanted" which is another lie because if you clearly see what I sent them, they didn't make them at all like the picture either. They used cheap lettering and didn't even use the same font. I have made a report to the BBB, Because they will Continue to SCAM other customers as they did me. I paid $140 for t shirts I could've gotten on amazon for half of that and not as cheaply made and the correct colors. I try to support local businesses but not if they scam people like these did. Besides the small t shirts the other two aren't in the right color nor are they made anything like what I sent them.
