They tend to have what you order online, but when you go inside to pick up because they decided that day that they're either understaffed or don't feel like bringing it out to your car, you realize that this place is a bit disorganized. Returns checkout where they tell you to go has two sets of registers... one for returns and another for order pickup & registry. They'll just close the order pickup one and then not tell you... they'll pretend that the register isn't there and that you're not standing in front of it because you read the signs. Then employees will come and ignore you... if you're trans, they'll even misgender you despite a transman working there too... well, whatever... that's the area, I guess. Speaking of the area, I parked my car in the "pick up area" because they said they weren't coming out because of "inclement weather" while it wasn't that cold, not snowing, not raining, not even windy, just overcast... they were just understaffed and didn't bother to mention it while you placed the order. So then I dealt with the rest of it when you went inside... and you realized that the entire returns area is just a complete mess with no lane boundaries.. and just walking around shopping carts. The neighborhood seems to be taking a downward turn because as I come out of my car to go inside, two high school kids come up and ask if I wanted to buy candy for their high school... this is the kind of 3rd world crap I'd deal with if I went to my father's home country of the Dominican Republic where they try to make you buy Chiclets gum you don't want. I used to get pick up orders here instead of Clifton Park where I lived because they'd actually have stuff here I wanted to get vs Clifton Park. But I'm a bit done with Target now. Between that experience and the one where I went down the road to Cohoes and they gave me all dented food and some expired products, this is about what KMart stared becoming in the 90s near me... just people not caring and disorganization. I hate going to the returns counter and next time I have that start of an experience, I'll just cancel the order and let you all put the food back. The area just seems like it's going down hill and it's probably not just the Target, but even Papa Johns on the other side of the lot feels like you walked into a bad part of town and everyone's just looking for a fight.... There are better places to go.

Target Drive up/Pick up 5 plus stars…read more Due to an injury, I have been using Target Drive Up pickup, and I am amazed how efficient the service is. It is a well thought out process that benefits the customer. It has been a convenient, huge time saver for me. First, shopping in the Target App for groceries and other items is easy. Items can be removed from your cart. Toiletries, clothing, toys, books etc. are also available for drive up. The app even lets you know if there is a special offer on the item. AND I get 5% off everything by using my Target charge card which is on file. Second and most importantly, drive up pickup is whenever time during open hours that you want to pick up! This differs from the set time frame given by Hannaford and other supermarkets. Consequently, it is more convenient and good for busy individuals. Frozen and perishable food items are separated and held for you in appropriate spaces. Process all on Target App: 1. You let them know when you are in your way in app. You have been notified that your order is ready for pick up. 2. You park in a designated spot in parking lot and let them know spot number. 3. They know make of car because you told them. 4. They ask where you would like groceries to be placed - back seat, trunk, hatchback etc. 5. Someone comes out in a few minutes, seems almost immediately. 6. You show number of your order in app. 7. Groceries are put in your car and off you go! Everything is packed well. Substitutions can be made for out of stock items or you are not charged. Life changer for many including for those who work and/or who have young children.

I was extremely unhappy and frustrated with this Walmart as it relates to their photo center…read moreservice. I've used it before and while the system has a very clunky interface, it generally yielded pretty good pictures for gifts or personal use. Last night (11/4/25) I went there with the express purpose of getting 2 8x10 pictures printed. I utilized the instant kiosk and was informed (by the system) that it wasn't working so, I used the one hour service. I selected the images, uploaded them to the system, and placed the order. I waited around for over an hour and got no notice (text as was what I would have expected) that the order was completed. I returned to the register and was informed that the system wasn't working. Here's a bizarre idea, PUT UP A FREAKING SIGN!!!!. It would have cost Walmart a single sheet of paper, 1/4 inch of scotch tape and crayon to produce a sign that simply said the system was not operational. I left upset that I blew that much time for no reason. The following day I attempted to call to ask them if it would be possible to put a sign so that others were not subjected to the frustration that I had experienced. I tried three times to call and ask for a manager. The operator never picked up the phone. I guess the notion of "customer service" is a myth with this store. I drove back that morning (20 minutes) to lodge the complaint in person. No manager was available so i spoke with someone at the "customer service" counter. With no satisfaction. Very frustrated and angry. I won't be back...

Nice new Burlington store in Niskayuna in the old Bed Bath & Beyond location. This Burlington store…read moreis slightly smaller than an average Burlington store but makes up for it in the assortment of products offered. They had a nice selection of men's coats, shoes, shirts , and pants. The women's section was larger than men's section. I was surprised to see in the home decor section and by the registers that they had an assortment of genuine Disney parks merchandise from Disney World and Disneyland at much lower prices than the parks. Pins that were $19.99 in the parks were $2.99 there. The staff were also friendly and kept the checkout line moving. Please note that because this is a smaller store they do NOT offer layaway like other Burlington stores. Still a five star shopping experience. Definitely will be back.

The restaurants are great and the theater is huge. There are some decent clothing stores and fun shops like lush and bath and bodywork's etc. It's a fun place to kill a few hours or a whole day if you wanted! It can be dirty in the bathrooms but I think that it's just that busy all the time it's hard to keep up with.

As for shops, there are quite a few decent stores - Zara, H&M, Victoria Secrets, Primack, REI, very typical mall brands. If you ever need something, outfit for something, hit this mall up. I'm excited to see a Singapore Cafe type spot is opening soon! Can't wait.

Apart from learning a good pattern to go through the store, the inventory is pretty good, and there were many employees active getting shelves ready for spring supplies. It was also convenient that I had received emails with electronic coupons earlier that morning. There's certain things I look for at an OSJL, and once I found those, I was quite satisfied. Everything was well stocked. As is typical here, there were some great deals, and some maybe not-so-competitive ones. Checking out was a breeze with a friendly cashier. While my favorite Job Lot is the one in Ballston, this one is now the one closest to me, given that the Albany store closed a few years ago and has not reopened elsewhere. It's definitely worth my time to shop here.

This is an outright scam and a nice undermining way to rob customers.

I am new to the areas and needed to find a mattress set. I went to two mattress stores that were…read moregoing to overcharge me. A third one that will remain nameless promised to deliver it to me by Sunday. I happened to be in Big Lots on Saturday and the mattress store called me and said they couldn't deliver it by Sunday anymore (although they promised). Big lots had a mattress set for half of what they were charging, plus I had a coupon which was a big saving especially after just moving. The associates were helpful, reliable and went out of their way to assist. The mattress was too big for my SUV so they had a local company that picks up and delivers furniture and they were able to pick up my set and deliver it. Whenever I'm in the store they are always helpful they are the epitome of great customer service.
