I was after a Pendleton bedspread and some luggage. I entered the home goods section of Dillards and I scoped out the luggage situation. We absolutely love the Travel Pro pieces we have, and I think I will add another one to our collection. I didn't today, but I will in the near future. I made my way over to see the Pendleton spreads displayed front and center. They had a few nice pieces, but I didn't see anything that was a King size and machine wash. I browsed the rest of the section and I found a quilt I liked, and for the price of under $100, it would work. It was a clearance piece, so I asked about the return policy on it. He told me it had 3 days and it would need to be returned in original condition. For the heck of it, I swung by Savers to see if there was one there I might like better for a fraction of the price. Nope. I am keeping the Dillards quilt. The store was clean and well organized as usual.

They carry a wide range of products from toys to household goods. Service is attentive, but not hovering. In fact a gentleman noticed me looking about and asked if he could help me. He was the store manager. I noticed him going through the store checking on customers and staff. Quite impressive! It's a lovely store with something for everyone. And, they have a really nice Customer Rewards program!

Macy's is my go-to store when I'm looking for something stylish and good quality inside the mall…read more My most recent visit was to find a watch for my father, who has dementia and whose watch had recently broken. He's always been into gold watches and shiny items. I will say that Macy's needs to hire more cashiers--the wait for customer service was about 15 minutes, as there weren't enough clerks available to help. On the positive side, they do size watches on-site and offer warranties that are worth purchasing. You also earn rewards for shopping at Macy's, and they always seem to have deals going on, which makes it worth stopping by. You definitely get your money worth!

Often shelves and whole sections are entirely unstocked (i.e the entire…read moremeat section); or selection is extremely limited (i.e only chicken thighs out of all chicken selections). Additionally, several aisles are completed behind locked shelves. While I am not against the lockers for product protection, the wait is usually around 10-15 minutes from pressing the button to receiving help. And more often than not, it seems like the worker stumbled across you waiting rather than being called to assist you. The self-checkout has a maximum of 10 items (which is understandable to keep them fast), but there is only ever 1 manned register lane open. It creates significant traffic at the entrance/exit of the store. All this hoopla makes you think ordering online for pickup would be easier- but that is not the case. Many times the orders take far longer than the provided 2-hour window even for a circle+ member. I have ordered at 11am to receive my pickup notification at 7:30pm. Often the items I receive from an online order are subpar quality or even expired. This has been the case for fruits, produce, and even hand soaps/shampoos. Their storage must not be well-kept as I've received moldy/separated/off-smelling products. Entirely underwhelming, and would recommend any other target in the Albuquerque area.

They have GREAT discounts weekly and they hook you in for more shopping in the future by giving you Kohl's Cash which is also amazing. The quality of the clothing is good and they have sone well known celebrity designer brands--Vera Wang, Jennifer Lopez... The lines are usually long and there have only been 2 registers open at the area I was in at the times I have been here in the past. The cashiers are nice and always ask if I want to apply for a Kohl's credit card (which gives you an additional 30% off your purchase). I'm not in to department store credit cards, but if you do have you, there are events where you get additional savings on top of all the other discounts. My mother-in-law purchased a pair of capri pants and only ended up paying $4 for them. Seems like great savings to me.
