I want to thank your mechanic for his professionalism during my recent visit to have a new battery installed. He asked me directly about my tire pressure preference, which I appreciated. However, I did encounter some difficulties with other employees that I'd like to share as constructive feedback. When I noticed my tires being deflated without my request, I tried to ask two employees to pass along a quick message to the mechanic. Both declined, even though it would have taken only a moment. This left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. I understand that everyone has their responsibilities, but small gestures of courtesy--like relaying a customer's request--make a big difference in how the service experience feels. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect basic respect and responsiveness. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer service in the future. Customer service was very helpful and most of the time products are in stock if product happens to be out of stock customer service can at least tell you when to expect their next shipment. Most other places just say they have no idea and don't even try to find out read more

It's Walmart, ya know? They've recently upgraded the self check out areas and the order pick-up stations, so that's nice if you utilize those options! The bathrooms could use updating, but that's really my only major critique/complaint. Every time I've gone to this location, I haven't had an exceptional or awful experience. Great spot if you need something quick, if you want above and beyond customer service probably not,

Where do I begin. My wife and I were out of town on vacation and my stepdaughters car got a flat. She has 2 little ones and wasn't able to get out to get it fixed. We got back in town and drove to her place to see what we could do. I got enough air in the tire to drive it to the service department. They close at 7 and I arrived at 7:05. Needless to say everything was closed up. I went in just to see if they had a night drop so I could leave it for the next day. Jesse and Antonio were finishing up and I asked if I could leave the car. They asked what the issue was and I told them. They didn't hesitate at all and said let's bring it in and look at it. I figured it needed a new tire and that was the case. They replaced the tire for me. I went in expecting nothing and received the best service I can recall for a while. I work retail myself so know that customers and associates can definitely be a challenge. Jesse and Antonio are the type of people I look for when hiring. Treat them well and don't let them go. read more

Walmart Supercenter - Staying late to help. AMAZING - Grocery Near Me - Alvin, Texas

I had a associate tell me to check on an item after 8pm because it hadn't been unloaded, no biggy. Come back at 8:10 to have the manager tell me they weren't letting anyone in the store because they close at 8:30... at 8:10.. honestly the dude clearly had no interest in being of any sort of help. I normally wouldn't bother with all this, but that guys attitude was just pathetic. read more

Walmart no longer offers"price matching" so I plan to shop Target from now on where price matching is available for 14 days after purchase! I will save money without sacrificing free delivery/pickup; furthermore, Target's return policy is the same as Walmart's, their produce is fresh and abundant and store & restrooms are always clean. If have never left a post about anything, this was worthy. Everything to be expected of pre-holiday shopping, but the wonderful gal who rang us up was incredibly nice. I went to the McDonald's in this store at 11:15 this morning. The menu sign said "Breakfast All Day." I ordered a breakfast item and was told "we don't have breakfast no more." Unbelievable. It's not only incredibly bad customer service to have the sign incorrect, it's also an insult to the employee to put him in the position of having to tell customers the sign is a lie. read more

This store is one of the most unclean and poorly stocked locations that I have had the misfortune of walking into. And this seems to be a problem that has only gotten worse over the years. The employees are lazy and are often lacking where customer service is concerned. Workers act like you're bugging them when you need their help, you have to literally hunt them down at times, and there have been many times I have seen 3 or 4 standing around just carrying on conversations with themselves. Meanwhile, a customer is clearly in need of assistance, but that seems to be of no concern to them until they've finished their cherished gossiping. And even then, they act like they don't even see you. Pathetic really. I dread going to Walmart, and half the time, I have to go out of town to actually get what I need. And management is absolutely no better, they've got chips on their shoulders and attitudes that clearly set the wrong employees to those they're supposed to be setting examples for. The only reason they even get a single star, is because it's mandatory. read more

I already like this Walmart because it has great staff and it is a nice clean well stocked BIG store, but it just got WAY better. I ordered online for 'deliver to store' for the first time and just picked up my item. From the time I presented the paper to the time I had the item in my cart (they put the box in my cart for me) was about **one minute**. It can't get any better than that. No more worrying about misdeliveries, and the store is only 5 minutes away. I'm on the waiting list for the $50 annual shipping, that is going to be awesome. read more

I live in Pearland but use this Walmart because it's cleaner, the staff is friendlier and they still price match. Just a four out of five because check out lines are often long compared to other grocery stores. read more

Thanks to all the staff that came in from the rain and opened the store today! In the middle of the storm, everyone was polite and friendly. They had orderly entry and exit lines. The staff member checking me out told us it was the friendliest store she had ever worked at! The ones working today volunteered to come in today to help their fellow citizens. The store is always clean and they usually have plenty of check out helpers. The deli personnel always are helpful and slice the meat just the way I like it (very thin) without complaints. Their produce is always fresh. I want to thank you again for being there for me and my family. read more
