Ok I don't usually come to this HEB because I have one right next to my house, but we just wanted to check this one out, and I will definitely be coming here from time to time now. It feels just as big if not bigger than the one I go to, and the main thing that sold me on it is that they have keto tortillas. I'm trying to increase my protein intake right now, so this HEB having 90 calorie mini tortillas that have 8 grams of protein in each one is huge for me. Doing a little staycation with the kids and we ran into this HEB to get some snacks for our hotel room. Love the location of this place! We were able to find what we wanted (Blueberries and frozen dumplings). There was only ONE box of dumplings. Would have LOVED another. Ah well. Blueberries were all fresh. (Hate when there are moldy ones in the bunch.) The main negative is how busy this place is. We were nearly run over by numerous people inside the store with not so much as a "Pardon me" or "sorry for almost killing you." Probably why we avoid coming to HEB on a Sunday. Didn't deal with any employees. Prices are pretty good. read more

groceries are too expensive to have simpletons sacking the groceries up. i just bought $9.35 worth of black grapes and.christina j put them in the same bag with 4 1/2 pounds of envy apples and crushed them all. heb has a responsibility to hire smarter, cashiers or train them better, if neither one of those is possible they need to allow customers to bag up their own groceries. read more

This is probably my favorite H-E-B in the area. Not only does it seem like it has more selection than other nearby stores (such as the one on Fairmont in La Porte and on TX 96 in League City), they put more thought into the parking situation. Some of the larger selections I've noticed are bakery goods, beer and wine, meat, produce, deli provisions and garden products. Service here is wonderful, and the store is always clean. read more

I really like HEB, however, Prices are going up every week. Meat is ridiculous; even plain old ground meat, a staple for most people. Produce quality keeps declining. Also, seem to be shortages on some items, even HEB products. read more

Newish and clean HEB location with plenty of parking. The interior layout is the same as the Bunker Hill location but the store is slightly smaller. The meat selection seems a bit lacking especially in the beef department but everything else is there. read more

H‑E‑B means so much to our community and to my family. I always shop at an H-E-B before any other store. Recently, we had a big shopping trip to help fill the pantry for a charitable organization that I am involved with. We filled four big baskets of groceries and necessities. Check out was smooth as could be first purchasing that many items the Cashier Angel was just an angel! The bagger, Jose did not flinch one time at the tons of items we threw at him! They have plenty of backyard items, some home items, including dresses, and flip-flops. I did not buy a dress this time but I am seriously considering it. They have security who patrols the parking lot and zips around on a Segway style scooter. Here, Everything is Better! read more

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY AT HEB AT EL DORADO!!! Worst experience ever yes this is a little long. They filled the wrong prescription. I picked it up in the Drive-Thru the drive-thru screen was out. It was dark. I signed the paper. I got home and they had filled the wrong one. I called them. They wouldn't fix it. They said my insurance would charge $1,000 to fix it. I did not get an apology. We screwed up any solutions on how to fix it other than pay them $1,000 from both the pharmacy and the manager of the store. I told them I was going to come up there every time I was there. If I saw somebody at the pharmacy I was going to tell him to check their prescription so they didn't do it to somebody else and I meant it. However, the next day my doctor was able to fix it so I let it go. In January I went to pick up my prescriptions and they had filled it wrong again but I caught it. The gentleman says oh maybe we should delete this old one. All I could do is shake my head today. I go to pick them up and they have banned me from the pharmacy. Those of you that know me know this is not where this is going to stop. I will be over every social media thing I can. I'm contacting their corporate headquarters. I've already put a review on their site. And now I'm warning each of you. If you use it, please be sure to check. And frankly, I'd be grateful if you do use it and you're checking it say I'm checking this because you're screwed up Cindy Marx prescription. Thank you very much. read more

Saturday, April 12, 2025 Visit: The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. On this Saturday afternoon, the store was out of stock all throughout the store. Our visit was late morning, and the conditions where terrible. Merchandise was either out of stock or you had to reach to the back of the shelf to get the item that you needed. We do all our shopping at this particular location, even our pharmacy. Also you need more electric scooters, never enough or they need to be charged, and more handicap parking please. We live down the road in Friendswood, and sadly we can not order our delivery from this store. We have order from the Friendswood store. read more

I have a love-hate relationship with this HEB. I like how well stocked a lot of the food is and how it has a self checkout compared to the old HEB on El Camino, which didn't have that option. However, it being next to 45 makes it to where it can get very busy and parking can get pretty packed. One thing I highly dislike about this HEB is the curbside. I like the idea of how convenient it can be, but it seems like every time I place an order the employees give me item that are really close to the expiration date. Just recently I placed a curbside order and was given molding bagels. Not sure how it was possible for the employee to miss how GREEN and NASTY the bagels were since it was practically all around. If you want to ensure you get fresh food, shop for groceries yourself. If you are trying to avoid big crowds I would recommend not going Saturday or Sunday morning, those days seem to always be the most busy. read more

This place is always clean and the staff are always nice. The thing I have an issue with is... proper bagging. I bring my own reusable bags. I can't tell you how many times I get home with my fruits and veggies on the bottom with heavier things on top. Among the bags I bring... is a cold bag. The one to keep my cold items cold. I shouldn't have to tell the bagger to put the cold items in the cold bag and to not put my beer and cabs in the cold bag. read more

I'm so happy to see that this HEB is open! It's so convenient being right off of 45 and is so much larger than the old location on Bay Area and El Camino Real. The previous location did not have self checkout, curbside pickup, or a gas station. This one does. It's very nice and clean and they have bright signage all over the store. The store has been open for about two weeks. It was actually kind of busy for a Friday evening, but a lot of the people in there looked like they were learning their way around the store. This store has similar features to the stores in Pearland and Friendswood in some ways. The produce is on the right side of the store and pharmacy is on the left. They have the nice baskets where the top does not collapse (like at the Friendswood location). They of course have curbside pickup and self checkout. Their meal simple section is huge (similar to the HEB Plus in Pearland) and they seem to have a good inventory of products in general. A few downsides: I didn't notice a business center at the front of the store so I looked at the store layout map online and it appears that they don't have one which is surprising. There was a section that was curtained off at the front that looks like it could be a business center, so maybe it is still under construction. The other thing that I noticed is that parking looks like it could be an issue. The lot was pretty full for a Friday night. There were cars parked on the side street leading into the store. I don't know if the cars belonged to employees, but it seems like it could be an issue. The back entrance off of Gatebrook Dr. isn't well lit, but hopefully they will add some lights once they finish all of the construction. I imagine more stores will be built soon enough which could also add to the traffic congestion, but time will tell. I love the convenience of this location and will probably be shopping here pretty regularly. I like that I'm able to find items here that I can't find at my HEB. Next time I go in, I will have to take more time to explore the store. read more

I'm honestly not a huge fan of this new location. I loved my convenient neighbourhood HEB on El Camino, now I have to drive to 15 minutes out of the way down the highway just to access a decent grocery store. Parking: The parking lot is not large enough, and the lanes are small so traffic is often congested. the store only opened about a month or two ago, and there is already an issue with overflow parking onto the street. Organisation: I feel like the store is strangely organised, with certain food items that you think would go together on opposite sides of the store, making everything very difficult to navigate. Customer Service: There is no customer service desk at this location, so all returns or changes are handled directly at the checkout. When trying to exchange an item today, I was told I must have a Texas state ID to complete a return. I told the woman that I do not have an ID, but handed her my passport. I clearly saw the option on the screen to select a passport as a form of ID, but she was telling me that it was not valid. After five minutes of convincing her to simply choose the passport option and enter my information correctly, magically it worked!! There definitely needs to be better training of the associates for all systems if there's not going to be a designated customer service area. I've never even done a return that way before, I simply read the options on the screen, which she did not seem willing to do. Self-Checkout: The scales on the self checkout machines are overly sensitive, so much so they don't even use them anymore. When placing my items into the bag I kept pulling up an error and saying that an associate had to come and check my bag, this happened almost every single time after I scanned an item. Definitely annoying. Others: I like that as plants outside and I like to look at the store it's new and modern. I also like the little bonuses of the cooking connection near the front entrance as well as associates handing out samples throughout the store Prices: The story deals, and I saw turkey bacon for $1.50, strawberries for a dollar, and random sales going on. read more

I love this location since I live close. Although I do wish this location had more parking spaces available. Inside is spacious, neat, clean, with many checkout lanes and self-checkout. The produce and meat departments are always well stocked and fresh. If you're a coffee-lover, they have a wide selection of coffees to choose from. Pro tip if you like sushi, give their sushi bar a try during lunch. It's always fresh and affordable. read more

Pros: location is great, staff is friendly, curbside being off to the side instead of in front of the store a plus, inventory and setup great as far as product availability and layout as all HEB's are generally excellent grocery stores. Cons: Parking on the side streets should be discouraged as it's dangerous for drivers and pedestrians! Not having a designated customer service booth is less than ideal (if you have an issue, need to exchange or return, or need to cash in lottery you have to stand in line and hold up the line with the cashiers handling issues and cashing in lottery which is extremely inefficient and lacks the customer service we are used to at other HEB's). read more

We always love H‑E‑B and we also love this location. But today we had a very unpleasant experience at checkout, a cashier named Derrick, was very rude and unprofessional. He did not greet us, he was busy talking to his coworker and did not say thank you when he gave me my receipt. And today, it's not even that busy!!! I guess next week when we shop there, we just have to avoid Derrick's checkout lane. read more

I was shopping here for flowers when going to pay for them the card reader in the self check out wasn't working, none of the girls working in the area offered to help me so I left to go to a actual register with an employee. I paid there and I was walking out of the store when one of the girls from self check out came to ask me if I paid and she needed to see my receipt. I felt as she was stereotyping me because she said, "We weren't sure you paid". I had a receipt in my hand so I obviously paid, it made me feel so uncomfortable shopping here. read more

I went to this HEB tonight and I was looking for an Item (chocolate dip). I looked all over the place and could not find what I was looking for so I ask an employee where to find the item and she could not find it either. Well there were 2 employees that ended up helping me, the searched until they found exactly what I needed. I was really impressed. Most people don't care about anything anymore and these 2 HEB employees helped me out so much I feel so thankful. Their names are Janie and Amy thank you girls, good job tonight at HEB. read more

HEB GIFT CARD SCAM-BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a Visa Gift Card at HEB to send to a Loved One across the country. When our Loved One went to use the gift card determined it was empty. The Vanilla gift card website showed that the card had been drained w/in days of being purchased from HEB while still in our position before we had the chance to even put it in the mail. Today I went to the HEB w/print outs from the Vanilla Web site and the manager at HEB said there was nothing she can do w/o the original card that she already knows is across the country and the original receipt, from now 2 months ago. The manager's attitude may be the worst part of this experience she seemed to care less that there was an issue and was more interested in getting rid of me! She didn't even bother to take the information I had printed out for her to pursue the issue. HEB, I did not get this manager's name but she was on duty at the front of the store at around noon on Sat 6/24/23 at the HEB at 18611 Eastfield Dr, Webster, TX 77598. read more
